I am very disappointed in this experience and how the service at this location handled things.This location is fairly brand new and with us being frequent Popeye customers, we utilize the rewards system. When we showed the worker the QR code to redeem points. The worker shut us down saying they don’t have the scanner and brushed us off and only method is to do it online. I felt at that point, gives the customer more work to go in the app to create the order even though we are right in front of the cash register. It questions, what’s the point of this rewards system if I can’t use it in store to dine in?. It’s disappointing and frustrating as the worker rung us up for nothing because we can redeem the coupon. But we obliged and redid our order through the app. The amount of time walking in, being told we cant redeem points, redoing our order on the app, waiting for our order, it’s was beyond long.
There customers who ordered after us, got their orders before us. We saw part of our order being bagged but they still were taking so long and we finally expressed our frustration, they said it was only 5 minutes by looking at their screen of waiting, was not accurate. They then threw away our food in the trash in front of us. Even other customers notice us of how long we waiting and told us how frustrated they would be. When we asked for the manger, whose name is Blanca, the manager did not try to resolve it it any means and simply say it’s only been five minutes (we’re we’re there about 45 or more overall) . Some of the staff are great too at least I had a good experience with one last week when I went to get food. But today the 15th of January, I went to get some food as usual (let me cut to the chase), I go in and this old lady looks like she was going to attend to me so I say hi (like form of greeting and like im here pls come take my order) , she looks at me and ignores me and my greeting, I say hello again, she stares at me, ignores me and moves to the computer, i state my order, she goes to pack it, then places it on the tables, pushes it forward and says “there you go “”and immediately turns her back and moves on to her business. Read moreI've been here many times and loved the spicy classic wings. Today, first time dine-in. They moved across the parking lot. Nice new interior. However, the lady kept refusing to give me a second ranch because they have a limit to only giving out one for each order. "But we only got one ranch, and there are two orders." "Your husband got a bbq sauce too". Wow, shock. Finally, my husband offered to pay for the second ranch, then she gave us the second one for free. I would rather they charge for the second one from the beginning instead of making customers beg for it. Not sure if this rule apply to this location only. And two things were wrong from our order.
