Rude staff. Unacceptable service. I ordered a latte' and waited 20-25 minutes with no coffee in sight. They had 4 people working and only 1 associate making coffee. Seemed they did not care about the in-store guests and were only focused on drive through customers. Customers/orders in drive through that came after my order was placed were served before me.
The manager, a blonde curly hair lady wouldn't care if they had guests waiting to order and was going in and out of their stock room with headphones on. Guess, whatever that was; was more important than taking care of the guests.
I finally couldn't wait any longer and asked to cancel my order and issue a refund. Same manager refunded my order and was extremely disrespectful and utterly rude. She just handed me a receipt and did not say a word ... no thank you no apologies, just stared at me hatefully.

Standing by the counter, I patiently awaited my drink. However, to my surprise, I glanced up from my phone to find my untouched beverage sitting there. While I understand that it wasn’t a busy time, I expected better attention to detail. A well-trained barista would have promptly informed me when my drink was ready.

The woman that took my order saying "we don't make those kind of drinks(Expresso frap with 2% milk, had to b nonfat) fine then go to window to pay & she says she can't take cash & I give my card & during hand off she spills half the drink & I'm livid at this point but still ask for napkins/wet Wipes anything to use to clean spilled drink on me, my purse & she says we don't have enytin to help you & waves us off!!!!
