Starbucks — Restaurant in Dixon

These girls are overworked and understaffed, and yet they still work their butts off to get things right for the customers. Anything negative about this location (understaffed) is due to poor management on the Safeway side. The Starbucks kiosk manager is amazing and gets to know her regulars. I'll walk in the door, do some shopping and come over and my drink will be made. I actually prefer coming here next to the actual stand alone Starbucks store that is just around the corner because of the quality of the drinks they make. I wish Safeway management would understand that they can't leave new people over there...

They need to use staff more wisely One person crafting drinks is not enough when we now have this system of ordering ahead for pick up. Only one person was ahead of me in store yet I still waited18 minutes for my cappuccino....
