I ordered the Vegan Lover Bowl and a Green Detox Juice, and both were absolutely delicious and satisfying. Every ingredient tasted incredibly fresh and thoughtfully prepared.

I always have such a fantastic breakfast experience at Carrot Express—it’s one of those places where you instantly feel good vibes the moment you walk in. The food is fresh, colorful, and full of flavor—everything you could want in a healthy, satisfying start to your day!

But what truly made my visit special was Vero (she is the best) and the incredible team. Vero is absolutely lovely—so warm, welcoming, and attentive. She made me feel like I was part of the Carrot Express family from the very first smile. Her energy is contagious, and you can tell she genuinely cares about every guest’s experience. The rest of the team was just as kind and professional, keeping everything flowing smoothly with great service and bright attitudes.

We went to the location and we love carrot express for many years but in this occasion, Service was not the best we were told that they were closing and that we had to eat our food to go and it was only 8:30 PM. Me and my wife came here to sit down and eat and I did not like that. They told me that, I was bothered by the service and then we sat outside and I started telling my wife how can an establishment serves food that they have to take their food home where they’re not even closed because they wanna close early or get started cleaning and it looks like Manager saw that and she touched our table spoke to us, offered us free, sauces and cookies and was a very good host and then she allowed us to sit inside and eat our meal by that time. I was happy and very well appreciated to be a customer but just some advice in a positive way, never do that to a customer that’s paying because remember that we are the ones that maintain you guys open and pay your salaries so if you get a customer that comes in at 8:59 and it says 9 PM take your order allow them to eat by 9 PM that’s when you close doors customers are closed and it’s raining on your door and it’s all fine but please don’t do these things because it will make customers not come back and I was very close to not coming back but thanks to the observant manager took initiative and fixed the problem thank you for your great service love and light and blessings to...

I enjoyed the food and wish I could leave a higher rating but the slow service and small portions are the reasons why I docked two stars. The staff were lovely and apologetic for the delay, however it was not busy, so not really sure why there would be a hold up for a juice and a sourdough toast, it seems simple enough. The toast itself was good but there was such a small amount of almond butter and even smaller amount of strawberry and blueberry that I almost cried when one blueberry fell one the floor as that was one less for me! Please up the amount of toppings because the flavours are on point otherwise. I asked for a custom juice of beetroot, carrot and lemon, which they don’t usually do but the staff was really kind to accommodate - however, I guess because it’s not a regular juice on the menu they weren’t sure how much lemon to put in so it came out sour, but I won’t complain for additional vitamin c. I sat outside and as with any outdoor seating, where there is food, there are birds. There was a quite a bit of bird poop that hardened into the wicker chairs, that’s been there for a while. Not the fanciest job, but your customers would really appreciate if the chairs could be thoroughly scrubbed down at least a few times a few week, to make for a more enjoyable outdoor experience.
