On may 2nd I ordered a meal for my family in the drive through when I got home I saw that my soup and salad were missing. I could not go back to the restaurant as it was rush hour traffic and I have 2 kids under 3. I immediately called corporate after not being able to reach the store directly. They stated they would have someone call me and give me a reward. I wanted a refund for my entire meal . That did not happen. I returned to the restaurant a few days later and Marco was giving me grief that it had been over 24 hours. I explained that I called and I showed the screenshot. After much back and 4th I was able to find an email to prove what happened. I never received a refund but they comped a salad for me . I ordered two salads , chicken nuggets , and a spicy crispy sandwich. I asked for bbq sauce and ketchup. When I arrived home to my DISBELIEF again they forgot another entire meal my sandwich. This time despite the traffic and having two babies I went back to the restaurant. I spoke to Marco and his response was “ I didn’t charge you for the sandwich” I said you didn’t forget the bbq sauce and ketchup. I asked to speak to a manager there was none available. They gave me a card to call and I asked if they could call me back since when you call the number on the card it just goes a generic chickfile customer service number. This was several days ago. I never got a refund for my salad and soup, I never got an I’m sorry for messing up your order twice. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life . From a...
Read moreI just visited this Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a concerning incident involving a dog in the service area behind the counter.
Around 10-15 minutes ago, a customer brought in a dog, which in itself wasn't an issue. However, I was alarmed to see two staff members holding and caressing the dog while behind the counter, within the food preparation area. This poses a potential health hazard, as having a dog so close to the food service and preparation area could lead to contamination and puts customers with allergies at risk.
I have no issue with dogs being present in outdoor dining areas or other designated spaces, but allowing them in close proximity to food is unacceptable. It's essential for restaurants to maintain strict health and hygiene standards to ensure the safety and satisfaction of their patrons.
In conclusion, while the Chick-fil-A staff were friendly, the handling of the dog situation has left me concerned about their commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic dining environment. I hope management addresses this issue promptly to ensure that future customers enjoy a worry-free experience at their...
Read moreThe food continues to bat a thousand. Screenshot the drive through the little slow and disorganized. Cause they can't figure out which car to take the food to. Is the head any sense instead of asking for my name for the ticket? They'd write the make and color of my car. They have no idea which car Eric is driving, but they can figure out i've got a blue csr.
I really resent when I wanna substitute something for the fries. How much more they charge me I don't like their fries but that's a personal thing. But to charge me so much more if I get a soup Instead is ridiculous.
I am updating this review to report a rather negative experience with the drive-thru. The people in the cars when they were getting their food were getting it out of order. That's a problem when you get your food and there's three cars in front of you and you can't get out of the drive-thru line because there are three cars ahead of you none of the people working there seem to understand there was some sort of problem and that's soured my...
