I visited this new restaurant by Soya with my family and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. Considering that it is operated under the Soya name, I anticipated a higher level of service, organization, and food quality.
From the moment we arrived, there was no host or staff member to greet us, and customers are required to place their own orders. While this may work in smaller establishments, here it resulted in confusion and a lack of structure.
Despite being advertised as “ Soya express,” our food took more than 35 minutes to arrive. The staff appeared overwhelmed and disorganized—our order number was 220, yet orders placed after ours were being called first.
When the food was finally served, the quality did not compensate for the poor service and long wait to be call which we need to keep asking . Overall, the lack of organization, excessive delays, and underwhelming food quality make it difficult to recommend this restaurant.
I sincerely hope management takes steps to improve both service standards and food quality...
Read moreFood and price is OK. The fast-food system used is not really working: long lines, too many options that are not executed properly. I ask for several options, pay for them and I did not received what I order, without the options I payed. I asked for a cup for water and I was told that I have to buy it: buy law nobody can be denied a glass of water or be obligated to buy it, that is illegal! I may give it a chance again but I was really dissapointed on the inefficiency of the system and the service received, but the taste of the food is good enough to try it again. The amount of garbage generated by order is at the minimum the size of a supermarket bag. True that bags are paper bags and the straws are c9mpostable, but there in no trash separation system and the plastic containers are not recyclable in south Florida, so everything goes to the landfill. Atmosphere is just plain...
Read moreI recently visited El Sushi, a new restaurant in town, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered a sushi roll that came topped with a krab salad. The salad had strange blue-green patches that immediately made me concerned about its freshness and quality.
When I returned to the restaurant to ask about it, the staff told me that it was cucumber. However, I’ve never seen cucumber look blue before, and it certainly didn’t taste like fresh cucumber. Instead, it had an unpleasant flavor that didn’t feel right at all.
For a new sushi restaurant, I was hoping for fresh, high-quality ingredients, but this experience left me uneasy and unsatisfied. I hope the restaurant takes food safety and freshness more seriously...
