China Town Chinese Food — Restaurant in Doral

Extremely disappointed!! This place is usually very good with their delivery and customer service. I live less than 5 minutes away and it took over an hour today for them to deliver the food. After calling twice to inquire about the delay, first I was informed that the driver was already there. So my husband goes outside to check and nobody was there. He waited outside for 15 minutes and nobody showed up. I called again, they inform me that the driver is on the way! At this point I’m already getting extremely upset with the lack of communication between the restaurant and the driver & the inconsistency of information they are providing me. I wait another 5 minutes and still no sign of the driver with the food. I call a third time and request a refund. They inform me that I need to request the refund with the company in which I placed the order from (Beyond Menu). I call Beyond Menu and the lady was very nice and helpful and apologized for this inconvenience and assured me I would be getting a refund, but she would need to first call the restaurant to verify what happened. As I am on the phone with Beyond Menu, the restaurant calls me. I don’t answer them because I was on the other line with Beyond Menu. Once I am done speaking to Beyond Menu, I call the restaurant back & the same guy I have been talking to answers the phone, but I hear the other employee (a female) on another phone call and I immediately realize that they were speaking to Beyond Menu now as well. I hear the lady tell Beyond Menu that their driver was at my house attempting to make the delivery and they were calling me but I wasn’t answering the phone. (Mind you, I’m still on the other phone listening to everything and left on hold). The lady proceeds to tell Beyond Menu that they have me on the other line so they’re going to ask me for clarification. The lady comes on the line and asks me if I still want the food or if I want to cancel the order because their driver was at my house (over 1 hour later). I told her what I had already previously told the other guy, that I want a refund for my order due to the delay in delivery and that the reason I did not answer when they called me was because I was on the phone at the moment with Beyond Menu requesting the refund. (During the entire time that I am explaining, for a fifth time by now, what is going on and what I want to do, the lady is screaming over me and not listening to a word I was saying and asks me AGAIN, “do you want to cancel your order or not!?” I repeat, “yes, i already requested the refund.” She leaves me talking to myself and hangs up on me. EXTREMELY RUDE! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM...

The food was delivered ..took about an hour We ordered wings and pt of shrimp fried rice and gen tsos plate. Unrecognizable to what we ordered really and cost over $30. Small portions for this price? I thot it had to be really good... But The chicken was what i think is chicken tenderloin deep fried until the chicken was gone and what was left was a hard stringy inside. A few of those sitting on white rice that had a taste i can't put my finger on..the gen tsos sauce wasn't even close and OnE spear of broccoli sat in the middle hard, crunchy.. Hubbys wings couldve all fit in the palm of his hand and After all of this nonsense i thot back to the phone conversation....she had the nerve to charge me for asking for soy sauce. If we werent so tired from being on the rd...id take this shyt right back to her. Horrible experience ..rather go to sleep hungry than to try to...

Parking: This is a strip mall with ample parking.

Customer Service: Josephine the owner was so very friendly and polite. It was a pleasure chatting with her.

Price: I ordered the Chow Fun Beef noodles and the portion and taste was worth the price. I definitely got value for my money.

There are 4 tables where you can dine in. The best part about this restaurant is the open kitchen where you can observe them cooking your food. They also have some of the real ingredients they use on display like tamarind juice used in the pad Thai. The chow fun noodles were fresh homemade noodles that's delivered 3 times a week and not dried store bought.

Overall I cannot wait till my next time ordering food from here, the service was great and the food was delicious and tasty. I didn't have to add any condiments to the food to...
