McDonald's — Restaurant in Doral

I don’t usually write reviews but I was completely disgusted by the customer service these people provided. Came in with my sisters and boyfriend, all having our own app and wanting to get the $7 combo deal. They took are codes and ended up overcharging us. They said that the “code was to only earn points” but my app said that it had gone through. Therefore, they only gave us 1 order for the combo deal when we ALL had different apps, accounts, and codes. Not to mention that when we said it was gonna be 4 separate orders, they said the limit was 2. I had to tell the lady to get a manager because its ridiculous. Since when does McDonald’s tell you there is a certain limit of orders? Not even a high class restaurant puts limits on stupid things like that. I was very upset with the situation because we usually don’t get Mcdonald’s, let alone take-out. And the one time we decide to go, trying to use the perks from the app, these people do the impossible to not let us save money and enjoy...

I get my breakfast here, and I can't complain. It comes fresh every time. Service is decent. One thing I must say is that it's very annoying when I say thank you, and the associate responds by closing the window instead of saying you're welcome. It's rude and changes ones experience. Especially when they have the hardest part right, which is giving food hot and freshly made. Remember when I say fresh, I mean hot and just made. LOL, I know Mc Donalds isn't fresh. To bad I have to give a star to be able to give a review. I went to this location as I usually do once in a while. I asked for a "café con leche" and I told the girl by the name of Magdaly that I wanted it light, she told me in a not too friendly way, no that cannot be done because the machine only does it one way, I told her they always make it lighter for me and she made a face rolling back her eyes, when she went to the woman who makes the coffee they were looking and laughing at me. At the end and wouldn't care that much about the coffee anymore but what I really think is unacceptable is the bad actitude...
