I’ve been going to Osmow’s for a while now, and I have to admit, it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster. In the beginning, it was just okay—not amazing, but not terrible either. Then, somewhere along the way, things started to spiral downhill. The service felt indifferent, the food lacked its spark, and the overall vibe of the place was far from welcoming. Honestly, I was close to giving up on it altogether.

But then, something incredible happened. A new manager named Saily took charge, and it’s like the entire restaurant has undergone a transformation. My recent visit to Osmow’s felt like stepping into a completely different establishment. The moment my brother and I walked in, the atmosphere felt brighter, warmer, and much more inviting.

Saily’s presence is immediately noticeable. She greeted us with genuine enthusiasm, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another ticket number. It wasn’t just lip service either—she went out of her way to ensure that everything was perfect for us. She checked in personally, not in a way that felt rushed or obligatory, but with sincerity and attention to detail that showed she truly cared about our experience.

The food? Let me tell you, it was on another level. It was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care—nothing like the subpar meals I’d had in the past. Even my brother, who’s notoriously picky, couldn’t stop raving about how good it was. It felt like the kitchen had been reinvigorated, and I can’t help but credit Saily’s leadership for that.

The restaurant itself also seemed cleaner and more organized. There was an energy in the air, a sense that the team was working together, motivated, and happy to be there. It’s amazing what strong leadership can do for a place, and Saily is clearly the kind of manager who knows how to inspire and uplift both her staff and her customers.

If you’ve been hesitant to give Osmow’s another try, now is the time. Saily has turned things around in a way I didn’t think was possible. This isn’t just the same old Osmow’s with a fresh coat of paint—it feels like a brand-new restaurant with heart and soul. Walked in this past Sunday around 3:00pm because we were in the area and needed to have a late lunch. There were no guests and a slightly off putting smell when walking in, which I decided to ignore since clearly it has good reviews, but shouldn’t have. The personnel was OK in providing service: were attentive when we approached the cashier to order and answered questions, took order right away and another one got to preparing it right away. Food was not bad, not great, just meh. My issue here is with how dirty the place was, the restaurant, floors, restroom, all of it, and considering we took a long time to eat (young child) we witnessed all the time the staff had on their hands to clean up and keep the place tidy. But instead, one stood by the cashier (probably as she should) and the other 2 (or maybe 3 at one point) guys were sitting in random boxes or crates between the kitchen and back door area on their phones. Clearly there was no manager anywhere on site. Took a picture of the bathroom and I’m sure it doesn’t do it justice—even the walls were dirty, broken handicap handle, and I assume at some point there was a baby changing table...

I recently had the pleasure of eating at this delightful Mediterranean and Middle Eastern restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the host, Amanda—whose exceptional service set the tone for the rest of my time at this place.

Amanda went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing short of perfect. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering recommendations and ensuring that all my needs were met throughout the meal.

As for the food, it was simply outstanding. Every dish was bursting with flavor and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients that truly captured the essence of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. From the savory lamb shawarma, salad, rice, each bite was a culinary delight that left me wanting more.

The ambiance of the restaurant was comfortable, and made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in every aspect of the dining experience was truly impressive and made my visit truly memorable.
