Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Doral

The reason for my comment is in the interest of having someone at headquarters see this comment. On December 7, 2021. The courier informed me that they left a package by mistake to this location, at the same time they took pictures of the item. As soon as we saw the message from the courier I went with my daughter to the restaurant, and we spoke with the manager and several employees and explained the situation to the manager (Odalys). She tried to help as much as she could, but I don't think she could do more. I asked her if it was possible to see the security cameras and she flatly said no that only the district manager located in California could see the cameras. I asked for the name and address of the district manager and she turned the world upside down and said no, she didn't have much information on who it was, basically she did nothing to help.

The next day I went to the courier warehouse and was informed that the package was dropped off at 12:58PM at that location and received by a girl. I went back to the restaurant and spoke to the manager again and like the first day, nothing. I tried and was very polite to her, but she had no interest in helping. She just told me to come back the next day and talk to a girl named Lana, I talked to her and she told me that she had talked to the manager the day before, something the manager never told me. He just told me that the girl was off that day, which was a lie. I just know that all the employees, especially one of the cashiers looked at me wanting to talk and say something. Habit Burger makes the tastiest burger hands down and for the price of $5.50 w cheese, it out ranks other burger places easily. I like it with everything offered - carmelized onions, tomato, lettuce and minus the pickles. Every time I’ve had a burger it’s been consistent w taste and freshness - always delicious and oh so very juicy. The char grill makes all of the difference w the searing of the burger, yum! If you have a large appetite order the double Charburger w two patties, twice the deliciousness!! I usually stick w what I like and don’t venture out much trying different menu items, which I’m aware makes me boring and my palate limited, but I have eaten the Tri-tip steak sandwich off of the Signature Sandwich menu and wow, it was very good, not dry and w just the right amount of bbq sauce (there’s a teriyaki option available too) as to not soak the sandwich roll to the point of sogginess. Mmmm!! I’m not a huge French fry fan but here I make an exception because they’re always served hot so the potato is nice and crunchy. The staff members have been friendly and solicitous on every visit and during the pandemic I’ve witnessed conscientious cleaning efforts as each guest has vacated a table after being seated. Since we are in Miami and the weather is typically good, I sit at tables located outside. The last time my family or I, will ever visit this store thanks to Elda, the "District Manager." I purchased food as well as an Oreo Milkshake. I paid extra money for extra oreo in my shake. My shake was made to about half the cup was filled and needed a little more soft ice cream. When I approached the employee about it(employee's are nice) Elda the district manager jumped in and said to me thats how they come. Not even knowing I paid extra for my shake. Did not even ask whats wrong. Very Rude! told me to basically screw off and repeated to me "Im the district manager" if you don't like it to bad. Like if she was a King of some sort. She is repugnant, awful, and disgusting - abusive, abuse of power. Has no understanding of how to treat a customer. I feel bad for the employees; you can tell they are on edge with her being there. And I know cause I go there almost every day, they know me there. Elda needs to be fired. My recommendation - don't visit this store anymore. Go somewhere else. We spend good money there and to be mistreated like that. She acts like that for a small thing like a milkshake. She should be...
