We ordered again tonight and it was quite possibly the worst food experience we’ve ever had when ordering through Uber Eats. We ordered birria tacos, some chorizo nachos and a bread pudding. The meat in the tacos were bland and flavorless that no amount of salt I had to add to try to bring out some flavor made them any better. The tortillas for the tacos were rubbery. The consomé for the birria tacos was also broken and season-less. Even the lime to squeeze on the tacos was dry and old that I couldn’t get any juice out of it. The nachos came deconstructed for some reason which I assume were to keep them from getting soggy, however they put the meat (of which they gave us the wrong one, they gave us steak) which was stone cold as well and very gray in color mixed with the very watery pico de gallo so it looked unappetizing and guess what - it was ALSO bland. The nachos were stale. I had held hope that maybe the bread pudding would be a saving grace but I was very wrong as it tasted like a strange spoiled fruit cake. We ended up throwing it all away due to it being completely inedible and extremely disappointing.

Taco Bus Miami... where have you been all my life. This is how REAL Mexican tacos should be like. Made simple, flavorful, and with high quality ingredients.

You can find this little gem stationed by a gas station in the corner of the lot, and out front they have a few standing tables incase you decide to dine there. The staff was extremely friendly, and they were also offering online orders which I highly recommend if you are looking to make this a really quick stop.

I ended up ordering 3 different styles of tacos which were each delicious in their own right with a side of chips and guac, and my gf ended up going with a chicken burrito that was outstanding!

I took a bite off of it and immediately fell in love. I know I sound a bit dramatic, but you need to try it for yourself to understand. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and the burrito held itself extremely well keeping all of its ingredients intact.

Overall incredible experience, and really close to home so I will definitely be coming back.

Ordered while in the parking lot Through doordash for pick up. 3 minutes after ordering I get a message stating my order is ready. I pick it up and eat at the benches. I got the taco combo, $13, with el pastor, barbacoa, and chicken. Chips were soggy and stale. All three tacos were not even warm. Tortillas were not warm. It was as if they were pre made. However there were three others that ordered at the truck and their food seemed to be fresh. So maybe don't order through doordash.
