Tartara y Alemana — Restaurant in Doral

I just ate here for the very first time because I had a lot of friends telling me this place was awesome, it was a rainy so I ordered my food and they told me to wait in the car saying that they’ll bring me my food, I waited for 15 minutes and I saw people leaving with their food and I was still waiting, when I go to them y saw my food in a corner and they gave it to me and it was already really cold, after that I asked them to give me some cheese sauce to go and they just told me they didn’t have any cheese sauce to go, and I was literally looking at the whole cheese sauce bottle and a lot of little cups empty ready to be filled with sauce, so they just didn’t want to give the sauce, and they also had a lot of friends just messing around inside the food truck (I say friends of them because they didn’t have uniforms or masks so they were just there to mess around) and they weren’t even taking me serious when I was asking for sauce and napkins, one of the worst customer service...

I recently visited Tártara & Alemana and overall had a decent experience. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly. The food was okay, but nothing particularly standout. The food was prepared well and had a good flavor, but the sides were just average. I also thought the prices were a bit high for what was offered. All in all, Tártara & Alemana is a solid choice for a meal out, but there are likely better options in the area...

La comida estuvo buena, sobre todo la hamburguesa. El perro caliente también estaba bueno y el pepito es gigantesco pero un poco menos calidad que los otros dos.

Le doy solo 3 estrellas por el servicio, el ambiente y los precios.

lamentablemente funsionan en un estacionamiento donde el ambiente es muy desagradable ya que las mesas son plásticas y estan manchadas de grasa y tierra, el calor es tan fuerte que te hace querer salir corriendo, terminamos empegostados de sudor.

Tienen muy buena clientela pues el lugar estaba lleno pero no estan muy preparados para dar un servicio rápido, les recomiendo solucionar esto porque es comida rápida y el ambiente repito no es como para pasar una hora allí sentados, esperamos para ordenar, luego para que desocuparan una mesa, luego para completar las sillas pues eramos 6 y finalmente media hora más para que nos dieran la comida y todo esto lo convierte en costoso pues vale igual que los restaurante que ofrecen experiencias y servicio muy bueno.

Sugerencia para los dueños. Srs ustedes tienen un producto bueno, busquen formas de dar un buen servicio y mejorar el ambiente y podrán convertir su empresa en algo más duradero con el paso de los años.
