It's not even real profiteroles. Normally they would be in a bowl with thick but runny chocolate. Almost pudding style. It would also normally have a pastry cream or fresh cream.
Their profiteroles are completely different. First of all it's not in a bowl. It's sitting on a cookie or phyllo dough. The choux pastry is not fresh. It smells like a refrigerator. The chocolate on it is a very thick almost icing like consistency. The cream inside is also very thick and heavy. It's not giving you the fresh feeling.
Overall i wouldn't come here for misrepresented food and stale...
