Rincon Latino — Restaurant in Doraville

I called to order pupusas and asked how long do they take to cook because I was literally outside the lady had an attitude when she told me “they all take the same time to cook about 16 minutes” which I understand it takes time but I’ve never made pupusas before that’s why I asked!!!! Anyway, I ordered 2 and decided to come in to wait and I let the lady at the cashier that I had ordered already and that I was just waiting which she was again rude and said “well if you just ordered they are not going to be ready” (i knew that I was just waiting) then I told her about the minimum $10 purchase to be able to pay with card and I said I don’t have cash can you add another pupusa and she looked at me very upset and told me “buy something else or I’ll cancel your order” by this time I was already upset at the way she was treating me and I said yeah just cancel. That was the first time of me being there and I sure won’t come back that lady was super rude and doesn’t know how to treat customers I don’t know if she is the owner or a manager which should not matter. Absolutely hands down the worst place I've been to. First off i called before heading out to see if they also had tables. I was told they have both booths and tables. I go with my family 30 mins away to find out they only have booths. Along with a horrible waitress and not having several things on the menu that are typical at an el Salvadoran restaurant i decided on fajitas. I said no peppers and asked for onions to be well done. She brought my plate out and the onions were definitely not cooked enough. She had such attitude when i told her and proceeded to tell me they don't do that. Ok lol then why tell me after the fact... Ok so i canceled my order with another waitress and she brings out the fajitas again but i told i had canceled it sge got so annoyed. After this we ask for our check and they still charged me. I never write reviews on mostly anything but my experience at this place from yesterday made me actually write the first one because maybe it helps other customers make a better selection on choosing a different place and not waste their money on a horrible place to eat. Just to start with the service, giving the one star is too much for me. The waitres had the worst attitude when she asked for our order, and when we got our food that was even worst. She never came back to ask if we needed anything. Out of the people in our table only two ate their food because the rest ended up in the restaurant’s trash can because nobody ate it.
