This bar is a WAY overpriced dive bar! I went there because I was new to the neighborhood and this bar was close to my house and I heard they had a dartboard (which they do), so my husband and I went there to throw darts. Beer and drink prices are absolutely outrageous, and one of the bartenders likes to flirt with my husband when she thinks I'm not paying attention. The jukebox has none of the music I like on it, and even THAT thing is expensive! I swiped my debit card to play music, it told me my card was declined, so I went to the ATM inside the bar and took out cash and used cash at the jukebox instead, and then the next day had a $10 charge on my debit card from the jukebox that "declined" my card the night before and gave me no credits for the money they took from me. Albert's has a good rotating tap selection, a great special list, and is a great place to watch the Stillers or buccos or pens games.
It's located on the Potomac station stop on the red line so that makes it convenient for weary business travelers during the week and anyone going to or coming from downtown on the weekends.
