I have been several times and the food is always good. I typically order the chicken salad croissant, some type of green salad, and or soup. The tomato basil is great! The atmosphere is ideal for a business lunch meeting as it is spacious. The menus need attention as they do not visually mirror the quality of food at which is served. At my last visit I noticed the menu had an item or two crossed out with a marker and hand written out beside it, of which revealed the item had increased in price. The service is oftentimes a bit slow as they seem to be understaffed in that way. Parking is extremely limited during high traffic areas. In my opinion they would have more customers if there was more parking. I have always had excellent food but the overall experience is lacking a bit. Read moreI have always loved to eat at Basketcase. My granddaughter and I went today. We went in got a menu and silverware and picked our table just as the sign indicated. A waitress came to our table after about 5 minutes. She told us that they wouldn’t be able to serve us because someone called to make reservations for a large group in about 15 minutes. She said they already had too many orders to fill in the kitchen. I said “so you’re asking us to leave?” She said yes ma’am thats what they’ve told me. She apologized and I wasn’t upset with her.
