Checkers — Restaurant in Dothan

What is it about this particular Checker's? I have been to every Checker's in Dothan. This is the only one that seems to have young, hateful, racist black women who have zero customer service skills. This has been a consistent problem at this one location.

This past Saturday night I ordered food at the drive thru. I asked the employee what specials were available. She was very rude and smart alecky in her response. When this woman gave me my order she just shoves the bag out the drive thru window without saying a word. Then she slams the window shut and turns around and begins chatting with another employee.

Dothan has plenty of fast food options.I work hard for my money and believe in being respectful to others. I will not be treated this way. With one vehicle in front of us that was already there before we arrived, it still took about 10 minutes for us to begin to place an order. We literally only came for one thing. A brookie. Which they apparently don’t sell anymore. I’m not understanding how this checkers doesn’t sell it, but the one right down the street sells them and it’s still shown on the menu.🤔 and I’m JUST now seeing why it’s taking them so long because the employees (a woman specifically) is arguing with a different set of customers that are parked in the regular parking lot🤦🏾‍♀️ I’ll just stick to the other checkers at this point. This was the worst experience I have ever had a checkers. To make it short, my order was wrong. Missing food, instructions not followed on one sandwich, the employee spoke to me through a closed drive thru window. We were told to pull from one window to the door dash window, and then it took another 15 minutes for someone to bring our food out. What I learned from this is that for now on when I go to a drive thru, I will not pull to a side location to wait on my food. You see, that's not to help the customers. It is all about keeping the drive thru time looking good. I don't care about their time. So now, if you can't give me my food, give me my money because I am not moving to the side.
