Waffle House — Restaurant in Dothan

They kept making my meal wrong they kept bringing it out piece by piece after four time I was upset my wife brought me out for my birthday breakfast and at this point she was halfway done with her meal and so was our granddaughter I don't like cold eggs I don't like frozen sausage I don't like unbuttered uncooked bread I asked for hash browns and got grits sausage patties were burnt and keep in mind they were bringing this out in single plates not all at once then the waitress was going to have them remake it for a third or fourth time in the cook it turns out was giving my food to other people for their hot plates so I politely said take my meal off the bill and after she told me my food was going to other people that was hot I told my wife I had to walk out. I could not give them another chance to remake my meal learning what I had learned it would have been a to-go box and eating driving down the road on my birthday no way not when everybody else in my party was done with theirs but the manager says next time I come in it's free so next time I come in I'm bringing a bunch of friends with me and they said the meal for the table will be free . If these people don't want to do their jobs get rid of them it's real easy...

When we first showed up me and one other person I noticed there was a line outside probably eight people 10 at the most so I walk in and ask the hose can I just sit at the bar area so me and my friend walk in we sit at the bar area and I noticed 10 Empty Tables so I asked there's a long line outside including the lady that is handicapped I'm sure that they would like to sit at these tables even though they can't be waiting on right now instead of standing outside the doorway the lady's reply was our kitchen cannot hold but so many people we have a big party on the other side and we cannot see it anymore people so I just said okay and blew it off well I ordered a steak that was the ribeye 14 oz it was cooked okay it was like I ordered but I was expecting a little bit more Char from the grill and Grill taste the quality of beef just wasn't there maybe it's not the place to go and get a steak my friend state was the same way fatty chewy taste wasn't there I'm sure the things on the menu was more up to par what they cook but it's definitely not a steak hope this helps...

After spending 4+ hours in the ER I was wanting some comfort food and my bed. In that order. We were not greeted when we arrived. We sat down. No one came to get our drink order. After about 10 minutes a young man came over and asked what we wanted to drink. We finally had our drinks. So we sat some more. Nothing. Eventually a waitress came and asked if we were ready to order. My husband got the bacon egg and cheese hash brown bowl. I got 2 eggs scrambled, grits, raisin toast and bacon extra crispy. At least that's what I ordered. What I got was scrambled eggs, cold grits ( which I have never gotten at a WF ever), white toast, and bacon swimming in grease. I have never been disappointed in a Waffle House...
