Im always taken care of when I reach out to this store- west main st in Dothan AL. The mgr there has been amazing since day 1. He always lets me know the bestest deals along with offering me other deals. The staff alwasy is very helpful and can get me answers, if they dont have them, the looks for them. I hadnt heard back from them by 1pm on Black Friday , ive been looking for 1 item and wanted to utilize their black friday sale. I went into the store, the manager was off, but before long he was walking through the door. Their systems kept crashing. And remained slow or down the rest of the day. I got a text after hours letting me know that they will work on it first thing the next morning. Not to my surprise, I got a call FIRST thing! What I was looking for was brand new, and I can even pick it up myself. I cant say enough good things about this store. Jeff, Susie, Carmen- the guys who deliver; they are an amazing team! I am only giving a one star because there’s no option for zero stars, an employee decided to come to my work to pick up my phone after I called and told him that I would be at home and they could pick it up from there since when do they go to your job and try to pick up merchandise? Is location does not know what they're doing. I have bought an a computer and a washer & dryer from the other location and never had a problem. This location wanted me to pay for my dryer before even receiving it and will not be receiving it for over a week. So that's a total of 3 weeks since I put in my order and still will not receive a dryer.That's crazy. If they say they're going to call you back they're NOT going to.
