Seriously?!!! You people hand out five star reviews like they're going outta style! If THIS is a five star restaurant ya'll must have just been marooned on a desert island for the last couple years. Not to knock this place. It's OK. But just that, OK... Let's get real here people. The place is clean. The staff was friendly. The food was fair. Definitely not good as granma's chicken salad though. I'm a guy. I wanna eat. I feed my cat more for for lunch than you're gonna get here. Mehh I'll give it a 3*.

I appreciate your reply. I will be eating at your establishment again. It's not that l was "dissatisfied" , it's just that l don't give out 5star reviews. There's always room for improvement. If l give out 5stars and then eat eat a place that mames me say " Holy cow this is the greatest food I've ever had..." I cant then go back and change all my previous reviews to grade on a curve. I had a great visit to Chicken Salad Chick and will definitely be coming back! My sister has the Barbie-Q sandwich, I had a scoop of Sassy Scotty with crackers, and my mother had a scoop of Olivia’s Old South—and every single bite was delicious. Each flavor had its own unique twist, and the freshness really stood out.

We also each got a side of their grape salad, which was the perfect sweet balance to the meal. The mix of grapes with creamy yogurt, brown sugar, and a sprinkle of nuts was absolutely addictive! They were very accommodating because my mother asked for hers without nuts.

To top it all off, each meal came with their signature iced sugar cookie—soft, sweet, and the perfect little treat to end on.

The service was impressively fast, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, making the whole experience even better. Whether you're a longtime chicken salad fan or just curious to try something new, I highly recommend...

Chicken Salad Chick has to be by far one of the absolute best places to eat in Dothan… but you probably already know that! 😄 I am always delighted by the friendly customer service, and I always enjoy the appetizing and satisfying food. The service today was absolutely superior to any customer service experience I’ve ever had.

It was recently my birthday, and they sent me a free Chick Special meal in the app and I even had a free drink! I got to eat a whole premium meal from there today on the house, and I felt super special. I normally just get a Quick Chick of Scotty, so when it came time to order my free meal, I was clueless. But the very nice and patient lady at the register walked me through ordering. The meal not only looked delicious, it WAS delicious!
