Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Douglas

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in any pizza franchise in Douglas ga area. I've always been a loyal customer of Domino's until I placed a online order and it took the employees 2 hours to finally find my residential address to only deliver 2 ice cold pizzas and mild wings so cold the grease was starting to turn white color and then had the audacity to try and blame me for them not being able to find my house but yet I order the same thing every weekend like clockwork and never had not even one issue ever before with any order. But the audacity of the delivery driver and employee over the phone like this type of customer service and satisfaction was the new normal for dominos cause who orders pizza and wings and prefers their order to be delivered when convenient for the employees and of course the only real way to a late delivery is for the food to be refrigerator cold and all this for the exact same menu prices you would pay for fresh hot made to order food for each ordering customer. Please help me understand why I was treated like my opinions and feelings just wasn't enough importance to make even one employee stop and think about how they came to the conclusion that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the way my order was prepared and delivered to me without even blinking a eye like every employee at Domino's pizza franchise was extremely proud of the nasty gross disgusting cold grease cakes on top of some very undercooked cold as ice wings to a customer 2 hours later when the customer placed the original order. Is this how Domino's pizza franchise store in Douglas Georgia intends to conduct business with their customers in the future and not be worried about quality and care anymore cause customers opinions and feelings are no longer important to the face and reputation of a huge big box franchise like Domino's pizza. SHAME ON DOMINO'S FOR NOT TREATING CUSTOMERS WITH THE UPMOST RESPECT AND CARE FOR THEIR CONTINUED SUPPORT AND SALES EACH CUSTOMER BRINGS TO THE TABLE FOR THE FUTURE OF THE COMPANY...

Whoever they are they need to train their managers in customer service and treating their customers with respect. Rights right and wrongs wrong!

Local people beware when using this card. I purchased this card from a friend and it came in handy or so I thought for Willa Rays party today at 4 at Little Peaches Play Cafe. I went yesterday IN PERSON and presented this card. I ordered 7 pepperoni and 7 cheese. The total was $120.80. They were delivered at 4:30 as requested and the owner walked them to the party room. We were all busy with kids and family and didn’t count the number of pizzas. BIG MISTAKE! After the party SaraBeth asked if I realized we only got 9 pizzas and NOT 14? To which I said no! We had 7 pepperoni and 2 cheese.

I called Dominos and asked for the Manager and the young lady asked could she relay a message. I explained to her what happened and she relayed it to the manager and she came back to the phone asking why I didn’t call sooner!! I explained that we didn’t realize until after the party. So, the Manager then gets on the phone and says the girl was very busy last night and she only entered the card twice to which I replied that’s not my fault. I plainly told her what I wanted to order and she went back over the order with me. I also, said the workers in the back were busy, but I was at the register as a paying customer and her focus was on me, or should have been! I told her that I should be refunded and that I should only have to pay for 4 pizzas! She said, ma’am there is nothing I can do about it!!!

Beyond poor!! The Douglas GA Dominos is THE WORST I have ever had the misfortune to order from!! When my food was late I called and asked why and was told it would be an hour before I get the Salad and Garlic knots that I ordered. When I called the kid that answered was rude.
