I was in the drive to in the second lane waiting to put my order in. In the first Lane they took three orders and then I had to wait. Another vehicle pulled up and they proceeded to take that order so I circled around to come to the door to go into the dining room. it was locked and while I was waiting the car that was waiting behind me got to put in their order. The gentleman that was cleaning the parking lot, got the managers attention to come talk to me. the manager came to the door and immediately told me that I could not come in the dining room. I was okay with that and told her that I didn't want to go in the dining room that I was in the second lane trying to order and they had taken three orders ahead of me and started taking a 4th order so I had driven around to see why. She then cut me off and told me that the girl was working by herself. so then I finished my statement and told her that they started to take the order of the car that was behind me and why wasn't my order taken. the manager again started talking over me and yelling at the guy in the parking lot to block off that lane. then she kept telling me that the girl was working by herself that that lane shouldn't even be open. I'd give negative stars if I could after this mornings visit as I went too this location this morning to use some rewards points before they expired and when I went to scan my app inside they said I couldn't redeem for a McFlurry and I didn't select one of those and selected a sausage egg mcmuffin. She couldn't fix it and I got frustrated and told them to cancel the order and wasn't going to order since I could redeem my points for what I selected. Well a little later I saw my points total change on the app which means they charged my app payment instead of canceling the order as requested so I called the location and when the person picked up the fax machine answered too and she asked that I call right back so the fax sounds would not be distorting the call so I did and tried to call back 6 times over 5 minutes and the phone was off the hook. On purpose most likely. Very disappointed and will be calling my credit card to dispute the charge and won't be visiting this McDonald's for a while until customers are treated like they should.

Read moreI don't even know where to start, this mcdonalds is just- They dont get your order right even when you specifically state at the WINDOW what you wanted. Literally, a family member went up there today and asked for a mcmuffin with bacon egg and cheese. Simple enough, right? Wrong. They got just a sausage with the muffin like bun. No egg, no cheese. I know you're trying your best here mcdonalds but there are some things you can do better. Your business makes about a million a day, you somehow end up getting the worst employees (not saying they're all bad, because some of them are very nice and understanding) and you don't do anything about it. With all that money coming in, you could hire somebody new that won't mess up a order with only TWO items in it.

You have two lanes open and for what? To get people out of the way faster? No. If you did, you'd have two people talking through the speakers, not one doing it all (they sometimes take other peoples orders before they even get to you when you've been waiting there for 10 minutes and got there...
