A staff member William approached me as soon as I walked in and told me I canā€™t come in with a puppy. I came many times before he was there and never said anything at all. I then asked if I can order and stand outside he said no the. I asked if I can order in the drive way Iā€™m a truck driver he then said no. I have to leave there is no hello good morning maam im sorry. I was very aggressive in his approach. I placed the small puppy out on the side walk by the street I ordered. While ordering William which is not a manager came to the register and said we can bring it outside like I was a animal I then asked for him to not address me due to the fact of his poor approach. He laughed and stood there staring at me. He stared at me until I left. Iā€™m a black woman and i feel attacked. William addressed everyone but me kindly Iā€™m not sure if this is my attire or me I do not feel okay about it

I love me some Starbucks anytime,any day! I normally order online and they always have my order ready when I get there. This new location in Douglas Georgia is super nice, very friendly employees that always greet you when coming in or ordering in the drive thru. Starbucks never disappoints me, and they also offer some really good treats too, cakepops, buttery croissants, grilled cheese on sourdough, and the chocolate croissant is delicious, and they warm it for you.

Highly unsatisfied I placed an door dash order with Starbucks around 6:30 am and my order didnā€™t arrive until 8:11 because of there being no dashers in the area at the time they still sent me and order that had been sitting in a bag for over 1 1/2 hours that is poor customer service

I love me some Starbucks anytime,any day! I normally order online and they always have my order ready when I get there. This new location in Douglas Georgia is super nice, very friendly employees that always greet you when coming in or ordering in the drive thru. Decided to place a mobile order and have my sister-in-law pick it up. When she got there she asked for the three drinks they gave her two and said that's all there was. I live 25 miles away. I had to drive back to go get my drink. They still had the same one that they made 45 minutes earlier that they tried to hand me. I asked them if they could remake it, they reluctantly said yes. He turned around and pretended to remake it and handed me back the same drink which I didn't realize until after driving off and realized my cold brew was now lukewarm brew. I visit this Starbucks frequently and am always highly satisfied! I appreciate having a good coffee made and talking with the baristas who are so friendly before going in to work. They always make sure my order is correct and have always jumped hurdles if I had an issue. Everyone has such a great attitude and are just great people all around. The day my car died in the drive-thru at 6am and the girls inside immediately ran out to push me into a parking spot (and still walked my coffee out to me!) I knew I'd remain a customer for life no...
