Nothing to really write home about. I know they didn't use a microwave but honestly, their pizza tastes just like microwaved pizza, floppy with no crunch. The meat on the wings is extremely dry but their sauce is good ( I got the pink sauce). Maybe their sandwiches are better; after this experience I'm not willing to try. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the price is too high for the quality of food. Wouldn't recommend. I did not keep their menu.

Cute little shop, staff were really nice! Popped in on my ride back from Fleetwood on a whim- glad I did! Grabbed a slice of plain for the road, they got me in and out pretty quickly. Prices seemed reasonable/ comparable to any other shops I've tried in the area. The plain was a nice thin crust with just enough crunch to it, perfect amount of cheese and the sauce was just right. would definitely return to try some other dishes here!

We ordered a medium pizza with ricotta, 12 Chefs Secret hot sauce wings, fried pickles, and a cheesesteak special. The wings were breaded and soaked in sauce which is my absolute favorite. Great flavor on the wings and the breading was fantastic. The pizza could use more sauce. The cheesesteak was excellent and so were the fried pickles.

So Nov 6 2024 i got a cheesestake with fried onions and fried green peppers. Came with fries. After I got to work I ate my lunch. I ate the fries first then the cheesestake. After that I felt sick so I up.chuck it and I called the restaurant talked to the guy who cooked it he apologized. I said it never happened here before and if I bring half the cheese steak back, he could look at it and I could get a refund. Cool I was with that. I told him be there after work . So I did, I got there. The guy wasn't there talked to some ignorant guy. He didn't even look at the half said cheese steak accuse me of lying said I could had a virus which made me up chuck, he did not believe me made it look like I was trying to steal from them. made me sign a paper. Stating if I get sick from them, i'm not allowed to come back. Then told me don't come back. I was very appalled an outrage on this. This is the second time. I'm there first time I had a good experience with the hoagie. Not this time around horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Accusing me of lying and said everyone sees who I am and if I come back. I just wanted to let him know that I got sick off of it and asked me, where is the proof I said it was down in the toilet at work and I flush it. I apologize. I cannot bring it back up impossible. Then he wanted to give me half the price back that I paid and I shook my head and said seriously, then gave me most of the money back, not all most. I said fine then walked away before that he said he don't want to take money from his employees or the people he worked with because I got sick. He had no compassion does blaming. I definitely will not be coming back. This just...

I have been a customer of little gio's for many years. not only was I a customer, but my local place of business was as well as we have ordered there for lunch as well as many office parties but we won't be anymore. two Fridays ago I tried to place an online order and it said my order would not be ready until the following Sunday we tried to cancel to no avail. when I called there Sunday, laura, was extremely rude to me and told me our order is ready and to come get it. I explained to her what was going on and she kept over talking me. I don't know how she keeps her job there she is extremely rude. refused to give us our money back until I told her I was going to call the owner then she said come get your money no apologies no nothing. I am absolutely appalled with her customer service. I will never go to little gio's again nor will any of my friends or office. you just lost one loyal customer because of your lack of customer service with...

Ordered 2 Sicilian pizzas and when we showed up after our 30 minute wait it wasn't done, after another 20 minutes we were given the pizzas. These were not even Sicilian. Dough wasn't raised at all, it was a flat bread at best. We were told we'd get a full refund and to check our email, and when we got home we were only given a 20% discount. We did not get what we ordered at all, which is disappointing considering we order here a lot. Not anymore. We even called and asked about it, said he'd fully refund us if we brought the pizzas back even though we were told otherwise at the shop. He was very combative with us. Should have never sold these to us in the first place. It was an embarrassment to our company we had at the house to...
