My experience here was awful!! This is my third time going there but I don’t think I’ll be there for a while. I think they need to get some new staff in there especially, MATURE staff. I made an order online just because I was kinda in a hurry. I work night shift, so I wanted to order and go I got in the drive-through where you pick up your digital orders first let me say the young lady at the was trifling and unprofessional. When I told her that I was picking up my order, she basically handed me the bag and told me that my drink was in the bag. Luckily, I’m glad I looked into my bag and noticed that my drink was not in the bag plus my food was all wrong. I was a little bit upset because I had to turn around knowing that I had to be at work at a certain time so I might be late but it’s OK. I understand mistakes happen however, I did not like how she saw me at the window when I came back around to let her know that my drink was not in the bag. She basically stared in the window and smirk and smiled like something was funny. I waited for her for about a good five or eight minutes she did not come to the window they let me know that she knew that she made a mistake and rather than her confronting and coming into the window she got someone else to come to the window for her. That’s when I got very upset and use some very negative choice of words for her, but her little gay friend that was supposedly taken up for her was just as wrong he cussed at me now I am not the type of person to believe that customers is always right, but they made a simple mistake that could’ve been fixed, but because of their immaturity I stepped out...
Read moreI literally never review businesses but here we are. This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever visited, and ai’ve been a regular for over a decade. Sad, because it’s the closest one to my home. They are regularly out of ingredients, understaffed at ALL TIMES leading to ridiculous wait times even if there are only 3-4 people in the line, the chips are wildly inconsistent, and they give very small meat portions, often forcing me to purchase double. My most recent visit was the last straw, asked for chicken and got a half of scoop, i could see the bottom of the spoon. I called this out and she gave me a few more morsels, still unsatisfactory but Im used to it at this location. I get to the front and she yells thats double chicken, although she never stated this nor put a red triangle with my food. I told the cashier the first scoop was very small and she only gave me a little more, in no way does the amount of chicken in my entree resemble double chicke, nor did I get 2 real scoops. She insisted it was double chicken anyway so I walked out of the store without the food and went elsewhere. The portions and overall satisfaction has been going down hill but I still visit from time to time. I will never return to a Chipotle thanks to this location. I frequent others in the area like austell and hiram when Im around to avoid this location to begin with but Im done. Reward points will go to waste unfortunately. Shrinkflation and...
Read moreThis is a brand new store and every time that I come in here they never have fajita veggies prepared! This is ridiculous. It’s lunch rush hour and I don’t have time to wait on veggies. This is a standard item that I’m sure over 85% of the customers get. The gentleman in the front who appeared to be management (not sure) said that they guy had to prep them. Meal prepping should be done early in the am before the store opens to ensure you cover the rushes.
Not to mention as manager or line cook, you should be keeping stock of what’s running out and keep it deck. I told the guy about my concerns and ask for a slight discount since this is a regular thing. He says “no you can’t get a free single item” I said that I wasn’t trying to get anything free I’m asking for a slight discount considering the constant issue. He rings me up and trots his merry self off.
This is a brand new store and there’s no way that this should happening every time that I come in here. This is the worse chipotle that I’ve been too. The workers always look tired and worn out. No greeting when you come in. That’s sad. I’m trying to support a local business in my area and at this point won’t come back. I rather burn my gas and drive to miles away to another to get better service. Thumbs down for sure...
