The dessert presentation alone hinted at the culinary delights to come. Each artfully plated dessert, a chocolate sponge cake with caramel mousse and a strawberry cheesecake, was accompanied by an exquisite chocolate truffle. These charming truffles, shaped like mice with toasted almond "ears," offered a playful yet sophisticated touch. One truffle boasted rich dark chocolate, while the other featured creamy milk chocolate. Biting into them was a dream; the chocolate simply melted in the mouth, a testament to their quality. The chocolate sponge cake with caramel mousse was a revelation. Its texture was remarkably light and airy, defying the richness one might expect. Yet, it was bursting with deep chocolate flavor, creating a delightful paradox that left me convinced I could easily devour an entire cake, not just a slice. Equally impressive was the strawberry cheesecake. Its creamy consistency was perfectly balanced by the vibrant freshness of the strawberries. However, the true highlight and a delightful surprise was discovering the crust was, in fact, cake. This innovative touch elevated an already superb cheesecake to an extraordinary level, adding an unexpected depth of flavor and texture that truly set it apart.

When I stepped into Oz Pizza in Fairburn on Saturday, Feb 8th to pickup my pizza order, I immediately made a bee line for the beautifully displayed pop-up bakery in the corner! I had heard about Puri's but never seem to catch them on site! I was excited to try some of their sweet ooey goodness! Everything looked delicious and picture perfect! Their price point is very fair for made-from-scratch desserts. The icing on the cake (pun intended ) was their excellent customer service! They were beyond kind and showed genuine appreciation for my business!

After eating our pizza, we indulged in our delectable desserts! My dad said the chocolate caramel cake was so moist and delicious that the cake melted in his mouth! My son gave no comment but the way he inhaled his cinnamon roll, I'd venture to say it was definitely yummy to his tummy! As for Puri's strawberry cheesecake, it was simply perfection...so rich, creamy and decadent, it felt like I was eating a luxurious treat! I will be returning and I suggest you do...

We tried Puri's bakery for the first time yesterday and I understand all the 5-star reviews! The gentleman running the shop was very kind and helpful, the baked goods were all delicious (even the cinnamon rolls we bought yesterday for today's brunch were still great), and the cost for everything was very reasonable IMO. Also, the peek-a-boo chocolate critters are an adorable (& tasty) edible mascot! :D My only minor complaint is that I don't love the setup inside the pizza shop, but I understand small businesses have to make do with the location they can get. (To be clear, the pizza shop was fine, but I just didn't love the kiosk-ish bakery setup inside. It's not really an issue.) We'll...
