The gentleman that took my order was very friendly. I couldnāt read his name tag. I was the only customer inside the store at the time. I ordered two sliders and a 4 piece mozzarella sticks. Three more people walked in about 15 minutes after I placed my order. A lady came behind the counter from the bathroom area and asked whoās next. The new customers were kind and asked if I ordered and I said yes, still waiting for my order. The lady behind the counter said āwhat did you order?ā I told two sliders, she said that they were waiting for my chicken slider and that they got busy in a very rude way. I did say ā thatās not my problemā ( maybe not nice of me) and she told me that it has to cook unless I want it cold! Very very rude and unprofessional. This was in front of staff and other customers. I usually like coming to the RT 8 store but with disrespectful customer service like that, Iāll have to reevaluate.

He treated us like every person who goes to a retail store of any kind should be treated. He took our order and offered the specials they had available so we saved some money. There were 3 or 4 people in line behind us and he was the only one working the counter, yet he still greeted every single person and then he apologized for the wait. The last time I was at McDonald's, I could barely hear what the girl at the counter was saying and she didn't even smile! So I guess the bottom line is that when someone appreciates the people who are spending money at any establishment, it's an awesome change from what this country has come to find as acceptable behavior. The store manager, Trisha, they are very lucky to have her and her team! I have never had an issue there and I go there a lot! The food is always fresh and hot, the dining room is absolutely spotless, and they keep up on it. The moment someone gets up to leave after eating. An employee comes right over to clean the table and sweep the floor. I also want to add that all the employees there are amazing! They all are so kind and helpful, and their customer service skills are even better than Chick-fil-A! This is the only Arby's I go to and I tell everyone about them. I hope the owners see this and give Trisha and her team the recognition they deserve!...
