I have been wanting to go for a while and they are usually packed so I can't get in, but when I did I was thoroughly impressed! The place is very small on the inside, similar to an old fashioned diner or authentic Asian restaurant which is small, a hand full of tables and a counter to eat at, but they can cram a bunch in there comfortably. I didn't understand what some of the dishes were on the menu but our server was very helpful and explained everything for us so we knew we would be satisfied with our order. They had Boba Tea so I definitely got myself one with Lychee, and we went with Dumplings for our Appetizer; which were the best Dumplings I've ever had in my life! I absolutely love trying new foods and ethnic dishes, and when they put that bowl in front of me I realized I had never had true authentic Ramen before. Everything that I took out of that massive bowl and out in my mouth was incredible! It was piping hot for about 20 minutes, and we stayed for about 2.5 hours eating and talking, and I was so impressed my food stayed warm for about 2 hours of it. Overall if you can get in, I highly recommend Hong, it's definitely the best Noodle bar in the Dover area, and I can't wait...

really mid place. it’s small in there so the wait was long which i don’t mind. though the waitress we got, she was a blonde taller young lady. she was not that great. she only brought the apps when i asked BUT HALF OF THE APPS. when i asked 10 mins later where the other ones where she just simply said “oh no they’re coming.” yes. that’s not the point though- it took forever. the food also took forever. the drink was just fine, i had better in china town boston. the food and everything was crazy expensive for what they offered. i had the spicy miso and it was just box noodles and taste like water down salt and pepper. wasn’t even spicy. they only gave me half a soy sauce egg and again it was just okay. for the price definitely not great. my friend got sick from her dish for the next 5 days. yikes. just know the food here is not home made- it’s definitely all frozen and not made by them. i don’t eat meat and yet when i asked for vegan options they had none! so if you got dietary needs don’t bother, also if you’re in a wheel...

This is a fantastic place! Very good, top quality produce and food! My boyfriend and I went here to try it out. We had boba tea, soup dumplings, and ramen. Their soup dumplings are so good, the broth is delicious, it’s piping hot when it comes out. Ramen they serve was fantastic, my boyfriend had the spicy miso, and I had the Hang Tan Tan. If you’re used to spicy miso, theirs is a little more spicy than what we’ve usually had, but it was still great with lots of flavor. Mine had a little spice to it, but mostly very savory. Be careful with how much boba you drink before you get your entrees, it’s so addicting, and will fill you up quick. The atmosphere was really nice too, they’ve decorated the place to have cool accent pieces, and beautiful aesthetic. You could easily sit by the window and watch the sunset. Perfect place for a full meal, or enjoying a drink and a few apps. We’re definitely coming here again, going to try their sake next time with...

My daughter loves Ramen. I've brought her here as a little treat when we get a moment for just the two of us. I've only begun testing menu items. Our order was carried out. The choice of packaging I found appropriate, exceeding other options I've come across. Fried food was crisp & dry, in a paper style box with venting. The ramen & toppings separated from & suspended above the broth, keeping it warm. The bag items were placed in, which is much narrower than the ramen to-go bowls, causes a strategic approach to removing noodle bowl - at least ... we spilled broth by canting slightly. Everything tasted great. Noodles held form. Meat was smokey. We added a few 🌶 for spice... My favorite was the tea slushy. I look forward to the next time I get a mommy / daughter date, might need my own ramen next time 🤤

After wanting to try the food at Hong for quite some time, I finally made it in for lunch with my husband. The seating areas are small, but they look to be able to accommodate roughly 50 people. There are tables and bar style seating. The food is fanrastic! The xiao long bao is not a traditional soup dumpling. It is rather a fluffy pork bun. They are delicious! Probably one of the best I’ve had outside of Hong Kong. They do have crab soup dumplings, though, which were very good. My husband ordered the Tonkatsu ramen and I got the shoyu ramen. Both were great. The broth for the tonkatsu ramen was outstanding. Very rich flavor! The ramen portions also did not disappoint. I couldn’t finish mine! We will definitely be back again. I can’t wait to try more of their food!
