I have been waiting for Jeff’s to open since I saw their sign go up, and I’m happy to report that it was well worth the wait. I didn’t realize today was the grand opening, and even with the line I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. The store is adorable featuring 2 little tables right when you walk inside, with clear and easy to read menus. The staff is super friendly, and so knowledgeable! The bagels are soft, and chewy. I got the blueberry, rosemary salt, jalapeño cheddar( based on the cashiers recommendation 10/10), and the Asiago everything. I can tell you that every single one was delicious, and I have no notes. I also got a couple iced coffee to try as well and someone else mentioned the heavy nutmeg and subtle banana in the banana bread latte and I would agree. The balance could be a little more banana but it was still refreshing! The pumpkin spice is cinnamon forward and not too sweet which is my preferred way to enjoy pumpkin so I will absolutely be getting one again. I would recommend getting the app as it seems like the easiest way to order but overall a wonderful experience. Welcome to the neighborhood Jeff’s Bagel Run we’re happy...
Read moreHonestly, I was pretty disappointed. The bagels did taste fresh, but the cream cheese had a weird flavor if you like really sweet or super spicy stuff, maybe it’s fine, but it wasn’t for me. On top of that, I actually found a piece of hair in my food, which was just gross. The bagels even gave me a stomach ache, and the coffee wasn’t good either. I ended up paying $21 for two bagels, two cream cheeses, and a coffee, which is just not worth it.
The pickup system is also super confusing. It feels like they’re running two separate departments and no one really checks in until like 30 minutes later. I only ordered two bagels and still had to wait.
They don’t have many bagel or cream cheese options, and you can’t get the bagels toasted, so everything is just soft. For the price and the quality, it’s not it. Other bagel shops are way better. Honestly, check the lower reviews because they’re the...
Read moreAs a NY native who relocated to Chicagoland, these bagels helped cure my homesickness. We tried this location during their soft launch and used the app to order ahead. The app was flawless and user friendly and our order was ready at the promised time. Inside the storefront they were well staffed and running like a well oiled machine; they handled being busy calmly and professionally. Now for the bagels: TOP NOTCH. I had the rosemary salt bagel with garlic and herb butter and it was phenomenal. My partner had the jalapeño cheddar with dill and cucumber spread and he was raving about it the whole time. We also got a plain bagel to try a sweet spread (we chose banana pudding) and it was like no other spread I’ve ever had. It wasn't super cream cheese forward but it seriously tasted just like banana pudding. We are already planning our next visit. I wish this company nothing but success at...
