This is one of my least favorite locations. In the top 5 worst Starbucks. Every time I am there and it is a normal busy time, they don’t seem to have enough people working, which normally I would feel bad for them about but they aren’t doing anything to speed things up. Other times when they are not busy at all, it still takes them longer than usual to make my order. I order the same thing every day and know how long it takes my preferred location to make even though they are a higher volume location. No matter how busy they are the barista here makes one drink at a time. Not only that, they also do not know how to talk and move their hands at the same time. Every time they turn to, indiscreetly, talk about the other employees that work there, they stop making the drinks. Not only is it awkward to be overhearing this unprofessional conversation but it slows the already problematic pace of orders being completed. I’ve noticed this trend for a couple years and dread having to stop at this location. They also do not take names for orders or call customers by name when the cup says it from mobile. It has caused confusion multiple times when two or more people in line order the same thing and have to figure out amongst themselves who had...
Read moreThere's just no common courtesy here. I've been coming here for a year straight ordering the same darn thing. Today, I showed up an hour and a 1/2 after they opened, and a big corporation like this didn't have change for a 100, and it was all I grabbed. Rushing out the door with 3 toddlers. 3 angry toddlers, mind you. And they didn't have change to break a 100.So you think they're bad? They would accommodate you and give it to you for free, right? Nope. I had to drive to mcdonald's to stop the kids from screaming just to break a hundred dollar bill, go back, and get myself some coffee.... I told the manager how rude she was to just send me on my way like it was my fault and he didn't give a crap but at least he apologized for their...
Read moreSunday morning I stopped in the drive thru to order my Normal Chai Tea Latte. The week before, my chai tasted like burnt water and no chai. This time before I pulled off, I tasted my drink and again, it tasted like water. I handed the drink back to Sarah the worker in the drive thru and told her the drink tasted like water and please remake. She began arguing with me telling me I need to say no water because they add water. I literally told her to stop arguing with me, I'm the customer. I was appalled because no one else in the drive thru told her she shouldn't be arguing with the customer. I will not ever go to that location. Bad drinks and...
