Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Westmont

We just started ordering from this Papa Johns as our location recently shut down and all I can say is, we will not be ordering from here again. Our first time ordering, the pizza took over 1.5 hours to arrive and when it finally did it was cold to the touch. I had been looking up where the pizza was at through the tracker and it was "Boxing" for almost 45 minutes.

To Papa John's credit, we did receive a voucher in the mail for a free medium pizza due to the previous order being delivered extremely late. But, that's where the positives end. I ordered through the website at 11:55 am and was given an estimated delivery time of 12:35. At around 12:50 I looked at the pizza tracker and it indicated that the pizza had been delivered at 12:45 ish. I called the store to see what was going on and the gentleman said there was an issue with their system and that the pizza would be arriving in 10 minutes. The pizza finally arrived slightly after 1 pm.

It's such a shame because I love Papa Johns, but we will not be ordering from this location for...

Arrived to pick up food and no one was at the counter. When the employee finally came out from the back he was just talking on his personal phone. When I asked him about my order he asked if I was trying to place an order and upon telling him no, I was there to pick up a previously placed order he turned around to check the shelf and told me it was never made. When I agreed to wait for it to be made he went back to talking on his phone then while it was cooking tried to hand me a different order from the shelf stating it was mine. I order for pickup 7 PM came to pickup at 8:14 PM and my pizza wasn’t ready but the cashier was ready to charge me I asked where it was he started frantically searching and then he told me that the pizza will be ready in 5 min I told him I’d wait 12 min later early an hour and 30 min after I order they bring it out still charge me and tell me they gave my pizza to another customer -update I just checked the pizza and it wasn’t even the right order and they already charged me I went back with the full pizza and they told me they didn’t put the order in and cannot help just go to dominos at least they get...
