CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS before paying. We went for a sports viewing party and we were told there was "no happy hour" which was going to start shortly after the game ended. We were then told that happy hour was active so we decided to stay longer and order a few more things on & off happy hour menu. The waitress came to charge the group . We looked at the reciept to tally each of our totals to zelle our friend & we noticed that an item we got 4 of & another item was charged regular price. It was our fault for not checking, but when you pay they come with their credit card machines and stand in front of you so you feel pressured to just give your card quickly. My friend who paid went to tell them (he was over charged about 20 bucks not including the tax/tip) He comes back with a small beer We asked what happened and he said they told him the difference "was like a beer" . We didnt have the heart to tell him he got ripped off, "Like a beer" was literally 4.00 cause it was still happy hour. I could understand if we had all these separate items and a hassle to calculate, but at least offered him a large beer ($9.50) The place is pretty cool though. Nice large place, clean bathrooms, cool atmosphere . I get mistakes happen but my issue was the way the recitified it was...

This Place is the worst when it comes to customer service. All the waiters act like they are working to hard and just stand around and look up to the air like there's nobody around to wait on talking amongst themselves. The bar tenders lack the experience to know how to serve their customers because I have been to places where it is twice as full and there is only two good waiters taking care of everyone making everyone feel welcome making the place some real money and not acting like conceded kids like if Your there trying to talk to them and their to good for You. Went there and sat at a table well over 30 min and n pok one even came over to ask us if we needed anything then My girl stood at the bar for just as long and the line never moved and the little children that they have working there just looking at us but wouldn't c ok me over just would look another way and walk away to stand at the other end and start talking to another one that was doing the same thing. I hope the owner reads this and realizes that all those girls that are there working for You On a SATURDAY NIGHT of all Nights are immature and there to do hours not make Money and that I know of that's what this business is about...

Saw this place yesterday as I was driving by so I decided to go that night. My wife and I are beer connoisseurs so we were excited. Walking in we loved the atmosphere and all the tvs. Menu looked good for a bar and the das boots as my wife said looked so cute so we both ordered one. We both ordered the house blondes and they were very good. So overall a great experience... but the only thing was the plastic boot. It kinda had a sharp edge at the top and really didn't keep the beer cold. A frosted glass would of been awesome. I understand people might try and steal them so it's a good decision I guess. Just a suggestion, maybe offer a glass one for sale that you can take home and bring in to fill up. Or have a beer club that you get charged for glass and will always have a frosty one waiting for you. Thanks for...
