3rd Street Coffee — Restaurant in Downey

I really wanted to love this place. My friend comes here all the time and raves about it. The coffee is okay. I got a dulce de leches coffee, and it was nothing but syrup and was not that great. The first time I came here they forgot to make my coffee and I waited 15 minutes for a coffee and a beagle with cream chesse which they did not add. I gave them a second chance. Mistakes happen no biggie. However I went back and they did it again. I waited about 8 minutes and had to remind them to make my coffee. The crazy part was it was not busy at all. I was the only person there. I hope if you go there you have good luck...

Neat coffee shop with real cafe vibes, and sense of community!

Out door seating with folks and their pups. Indoor was nice..lighting and vibe of the place feels how most cafes should. Small and cozy. Hearing the staff greet the regulars. Great vibes here.

I ordered white thunder latte, and oat milk macchiato. Both were good. Flavors did have a syrup taste, which was sweet and artificial. Although the notes is coffee I got were nice.

I have been sitting here for an hour and the line is not getting shorter there are people that came after me that picked up before me all I got was two sandwiches and 2 drinks fulll bags have left. I am aware of pick up door dash and what not but there’s people here that have BEEN here they said 5 more orders before yours!
