Crumbl — Restaurant in Downey

My family and I have been going to this Crumbl Cookies for a while now and our experiences have been trouble-free, fast, and extraordinary. The workers always greet us and make us feel welcome. Everytime we go to Crumbl we get our order fast within 5 minutes and the cookies are delicious, moist and taste like fresh cookies. The cookies are also really large, crusty on the outside and soft towards the middle. Their rotation of their flavor is what makes Crumbl so extraordinary, each week are always are new flavors to try, so going there never gets boring. Also if you really like a cookie flavor you can vote to bring it back on Wednesday. Every Wednesday Crumbl Cookies bring back the most voted cookie, which I think makes Crumbl Cookie better and makes people want to go back. I had such a Horrible experience!! I order for the first time on your website , Ask me for name and payment method , Never ask me to log in !! The website charges me and gives me an order ID and time to pick up . When I arrived at the store they told me to check in for pick up or I have to wait 2 hours for the cookies. I explained to the people from the store that it was my first time and the website did not ask for any personal information to check in. The girl said that I placed the order as a guess and that I need to wait 2 hours. I requested a refund and they said no. Either wait 2 hours or not get anything , not even the refund. I drive 40 min to the location , plus wait 2 hours for the cookies when the website gives me an order number and time to pick up ... Bad service and bad...

This is for this particular Crumbl cookie, not the other ones around. I have nothing but bad luck at this particular crumbl. This past week, they have lost my buisiness. I placed an order and we got there, and the cookies were not as described or pictured and they were hard as a rock. There were different sizes and it was not ok. The customer service was horrible and then when my husband went in to tell them, they didn’t care, threw cookies that were still hard and not the right ones at him. They also don’t email people back. Corporate themselves told me to email them and talk to them, why Are you not responding. I’ve emailed twice. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this...
