I travel often as a storyteller & designer for major companies...and with a high degree of emotional & conversational intelligence, I'm very aware of people's theory of mind.
When a young lady is taking the orders of 3-4 people ahead of you, and when it is your turn ( I was next to order after those 3-4 people ) she abandons the register & leaves you there (8 -10 minutes / never to return / I time all my meals to be efficient in my business) until a gentleman has the courtesy to recognize you've been in line for 10 minutes & finally takes your order...there's a issue.
The fact is this: emotional & conversational intelligence play vital roles in life and business, and everyone is entitled to their ideologies and preferences, but if you're working for or running a business, please pay attention to the fact that customers come in all shapes, sizes, colors, & have different EQ & C-IQ levels! Read moreAfter reading the negative reviews i am truly sadden by what i had read . I understand everyone is entiled to their own opinion but i have grown up in doylestown and believe in shopping local and bagel barrel is the greatest breakfast spot in doylestown. Doylestown is not a city so nothing really is fast passed but at bagel barrel they make sure they serve its customers in a timly manner even at their busiest. The customer service is all about the home town feel always trying to brighten your day. The bagels them selves are great full of flavor ( my favorite is blueberry with cim. Sugur butter) and always soft and fresh . I have never had a time of bad service when going here . The owner also has never been rude to anyone but instead always talking to customers. Everyone has there off day so i hope that the people that left negative reviews would please reconsider and try bagel barrel again and welcome to the home town feel of Doylestown and enjoy a great...

The bagels are decent, but the egg sandwiches are downright gross since they're prepared with a microwave. There are better options in the Doylestown area for egg sandwiches that are actually cooked to order...
