stopped by this Cold Stone location tonight to enjoy some ice cream since my sister lives just across the street, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The service from the employee on duty was subpar. She showed little enthusiasm for her job and seemed indifferent to providing good customer service.

When I requested my ice cream to be mixed thoroughly with the ingredients, it was evident that she barely made an effort, and my second order was also not mixed properly. The lack of attention to service significantly impacted my visit, and I left feeling unsatisfied.
