I've never had a more infuriating experiences, so consistently, than at Dunkin' Donuts. Particularly, this one. I waited 20 minutes on an order of an single expresso and one medium coolata, which I never even received because they never made it. I also had about 4 parties served before me ( so around 10 people AFTER me got ALL of their items and left already). I finally asked the cashier if they had my order because I had to go or I'd be late, on my 1st day. So she sits there and stares at me, not a single uttered word. And that is when I started to to turn red because I held back every ounce of confusion and frustration back and she just stood there, not even offering a manager, just a stupid, blank stare. So I repeated my order to see if that'd jog her memory or something , then showed her my receipt.NOTHING. This blonde chick was probably the same age as me, so i didnt see why she'd be speechless or even intimidated(I'm 20).Even if it were her fault, I didn't care, I just had to leave and either needed my drinks or my money so I had to flag over a manager and explain this. Meanwhile, the cashier said NOTHING. Regardless, if you were nervous or shy, you could have at least tried to do your job, a little. Even if you gave me an attitude or wasn't sure who the manager was, I wouldn't care, it's the simple fact that you were so unwilling to help me, in any way possible. Nonetheless, I just got a refund and a half ass sorry from the manager. I Anyway, I have yet to return and am proud to have not of, most Dunkin Donuts need to train their workers better because this experience was just overall, embarrassing and an example of why you need better trainers /training(or...
Read moreI was just going to let it go, but after trying my coffee there is just no way! I was at this location about 10 minutes ago and it was just so frustrating! The girl that works in the cashier seriously needs to be re-trained! I ordered a Large cold Latte and she told me they ran out of the Large cups for cold beverages so even though I was disappointed I decided to get the hot version of it but ask for a cup of ice and the girl told me that it would be extra?!?!?! THEY RAN OUT OF THE LARGE CUPS AND I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR A MEDIUM CUP WITH ICE???? So, I ordered a large hot latte with coconut shot and french vanilla swirls, even asked for extra pumps of french vanilla. I went to the pick up area to wait for my drink and the girl comes to me and says that she found the large cup for the latte but that she had only charged me for a medium but that it was okay (she was trying to make it sound like she was doing me a favor). The manager comes and offers me free donuts to make up for the inconvenience which I'm so confused! You can't give me a cup with ice but can give me free donuts?? Anyways, I thought it was nice of her and left the store with my coffee. Got in the car, started driving and took my first sip, THE LATTE HAS NO FRENCH VANILLA SWIRL NOR COCONUT SHOT!! IT TASTES AWFUL! I literally spent 10 minutes on this store to have to throw my latte away. Thank you for making me waste my time...
Read moreI had a terrible experience at this establishment today.
My wife went to the counter to order a simple box of 6 donuts, but the attendant, who was clearly untrained, insisted that she had to buy a coffee. Even after she made it clear that she only wanted the donuts, the attendant added only 4 donuts and a coffee, without even printing the receipt.
In the middle of this issue, the attendant started flirting with a guy at the digital kiosk, completely ignoring my wife and treating her with disrespect. Frustrated, my wife took the 4 incorrect donuts and came to me, saying: “Let’s go, because they don’t want to serve us properly here.”
Unhappy with the situation, I went to the counter to complain. I believe I spoke with the manager, who rudely asked: “Where is your receipt?” I explained that the attendant never gave me one, but she still refused to resolve the issue. When I asked about the coffee they had practically forced my wife to buy, she once again said, “But you don’t have the receipt.” I replied that I had just paid, and they could check the system since it had been less than five minutes, but I was completely ignored.
To make things worse, the donuts were stale, from the previous...
