I have been in a handful of times. For the most part I've enjoyed what I thought was a healthier option until I was there Friday August 15th and noticed the Ingredients included alot of additives such as Modified Food Starch and added sugar just to name a couple, as the list is lengthy. I provided the photo of the packaging sleeve in this review. I have definitely purchased pre-prepped meals from other places with fresher, whole ingredients and for the price point you are expecting the quality they have promised and failed. The gentleman at the counter delayed in providing a refund stating he needed to hear back from his manager. I waited over 15 minutes, something that shouldn't have happened, especially when I also noticed later that the label states: love it, or its on us. I was still in store and had only taken a bite of the food and was disposed of in store. WOW! Being heathy has never been easier since I found this gold mine of a place!! I am someone who has always believed in meal prep however these days the grocery stores don’t ever seem to be stocked and even if they are you have to wait in a 30 min line to check out or even get in the store! This is the reason I gave Fitlife Foods a shot, and I don’t think I’ll ever be going back!! All you have to do is microwave and ding ding ding dinner is served!! It’s really hard to drift off of your diet when these meals are so convenient!! I’m on week 2 and the meals are not boring!! Full of flavor! The best part is you can pick your calorie count, they have sizes!! This is perfect for my boyfriend and I because medium is perfect for him but too much food for me! I LOVE the food! Unfortunately the turnover of coaches makes for poor customer service. I have been enrolled in the program less than a year and have had at least 6 coaches. Every time they hire a new coach I have to explain what meals I like. The current coach messed up my meals multiple times even AFTER I created my own meal plan and sent it to her stating exactly what I wanted to order. After several weeks of not purchasing food (I don't want someone making a commission when they are not even ordering the food I requested) I decided to see if I could just order my food without using a coach. After talking to customer service, I was told I can order my food online, but can only order the food that is in stock at the store. It looks like I will be looking for a different meal plan. I love the food here, I just wish they hired more...
