We stopped by Nola’s Ice Cream on a Monday night, and it was such a delightful experience! The shop is cute and quaint, with a cozy, welcoming vibe. It was super clean, and the floral ice cream cone wall decor was such a creative and fun touch—I couldn’t stop admiring it!
The service was also amazing. The girl who helped us was so friendly and enthusiastic! She let us know we could sample up to four different flavors, which made the whole experience even more fun. You could tell she genuinely loved sharing what the shop had to offer.
They have a great variety of homemade ice cream, with both vegan and dairy options—so there’s something for everyone. I also saw a sign outside for National Donut Day on June 6, and they’re doing a buy one, get one free special… best believe I’m coming back for that!
Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the Dr. Phillips area and craving...

The wait time was quite long—about an hour—and it seemed like the service team was unevenly distributed, as they focused on fulfilling a large order before attending to smaller ones like ours. Some of the flavors we sampled had a noticeable aftertaste, which might not appeal to everyone. Additionally, the price felt a little steep at $15 for three small single scoops. While there’s a lot of buzz around this spot, we think there’s room for improvement in service flow and flavor consistency to...
