I am extremely disgusted after my most recent visit here and I will not be returning because of it. I have been to this bar a few times prior and never experienced having dirty glasses until tonight. I did not have an issue with the first bartender that served us. The one I have an issue with is the one with the beard that was wearing a cowboy hat. I had ordered a second round for my friend and I for a peanut butter whiskey drink- her glass looked clean, while mine appeared used and unclean because there was a hair on the edge of the glass and other particles. I told the bartender this, and he took the drink away- which I was at first appreciative of because in this case, you would assume they would take the same drink and just pour it in a different glass and serve it to you; but he did come back with a different glass and a fresh drink. The problem is, this glass also had a tiny hair on the edge of it, which I ignored at that point because I didn’t want to seem like a hassle. But what really pissed me off was the fact that when I came to finishing the drink, I noticed that there was a hair in the glass at the bottom. That is what really disgusted me because one thing I can’t stand is finding hair in my food or drink, which I think many people can agree with. There is a significant lack of attentiveness to the cleanliness to your glasses, and it being a busy evening is no excuse. Hygiene should be a number 1 priority for any food/beverage establishment. If it’s that busy of a night, do you just empty out the previously used glass and pour another drink in there to serve to your paying patrons? Because that’s what it seemed like. I will be contacting corporate regarding this, because it is absolutely unacceptable especially for a location like that of Dr Phillips. I am beyond disgusted and disappointed.
Edit: I am responding here since I can’t reply directly to the owners response. I expected nothing less of his reply based on the previous responses he left to highly dissatisfied patrons. As an adult/business owner, I highly recommend you conduct yourself in a more mature/professional manner if you want to continue to have a successful business. The reviews to your establishment are valid and concerning. Your response(s) are what’s laughable and you have no concept of what decent customer service is. With that kind of attitude, you will end up being the very demise to your business since your representation of it reflects poorly. You are very passive aggressive and petty- if you want to discuss my personal reviews that have nothing to do with yours, you can see I’m relatively balanced in leaving both positive and negative reviews. And regardless of that matter, my reviews are from my experiences, and the point of leaving them is to let you know as an owner, what either needs to change or how fabulous the experience was- which is why I left the one I did with your bar. The only reason why I put a higher review for the atmosphere was not because of the look of your place at all, but rather the wonderful people that were there. On that note, hire staff that cleans thoroughly, including your bathrooms. I have plenty of friends, coworkers, and family who love Irish style bars, so I will be sure to alert them of my experience and what kind of individuals run this establishment. Good luck with your business and I hope you realize you need some serious work on your awful demeanor and...

Top o' the mornin' to ya! Two Dolla Holla here, fresh off a trip to Paddywagons in Orlando, and let me tell ya, this place is more than just a pot o' gold at the end of the rainbow.
Menu: The menu at Paddywagons is a hearty celebration of Irish classics with a modern twist. I tucked into their Shepherd's Pie, and it was a warm, comforting hug in a bowl, with tender lamb, fluffy mashed potatoes, and a rich gravy that was pure heaven. The Bangers and Mash were equally impressive, with juicy sausages and creamy mashed potatoes that melted in my mouth. And for those seeking a lighter fare, the Irish Stew was packed with flavor and chock-full of tender meat and vegetables.
Drinks: The bar at Paddywagons is a proper Irish pub, with a wide selection of beers on tap, including Guinness, Harp, and Smithwick's. They also have a great selection of Irish whiskeys and cocktails, like the Irish Mule and the Shamrock Sour. I opted for a pint of Guinness, and it was poured to perfection, with a creamy head and a smooth, rich flavor.
Service: The service at Paddywagons was top-notch. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready with a quick joke or a helpful suggestion. They made me feel like I was part of the family.
Atmosphere: The atmosphere at Paddywagons is lively and festive, with traditional Irish music playing in the background and friendly chatter filling the air. The decor is classic Irish pub, with dark wood, cozy booths, and plenty of Irish memorabilia.
Overall: Paddywagons is a wee bit o' Irish heaven in Orlando. With its delicious food, great drinks, excellent service, and authentic atmosphere, it's a must-visit for anyone looking for a taste of the Emerald Isle. Two Dolla Holla gives it two thumbs...
Read moreAccused me of leaving a bad tip, and kicked me out, but I had never even closed my tab. I do not ever recommend spending money at this place, corrupt ownership, and rude practices. If you want to go to an pub and this is the closest option, go somewhere else.
Ps. I know the owner is probably gonna leave a salty reply to my comment. If that doesn’t speak levels about the low level of maturity and professionalism by the staff I don’t know what does.
In reply to your below comment, do you realize how silly that sounds for me to come on here and say that? I’m not just some internet troll whose life revolves around leaving “bogus” comments on google reviews of all things. Like seriously, why would I just pick some random hole in the wall bar to publicly shame, if it wasn’t something you guys deserved? Be real dude. When I said corrupt it’s because even after I had someone come inside and tell you that I think the way you handled it was stupid and tried to prove my case to you all I got was “you can come back tomorrow”. Why would I want to come back tomorrow after being publicly humiliated like that. Perhaps corrupt wasn’t the proper...
