Beans & Brews Coffee House — Restaurant in Draper

I love Beans and Brews, but today when I went to this location I was disappointed in their employees. It was two young men that were suppose to be working, but instead they were talking to their friend and didn't even acknowledge a customer was waiting to order. I finally ordered my two coffees and waited patiently for them. I waited so long; that I actually walked up to see what happened to my coffee. I found both coffees just sitting on the counter as they talked to their friend. No one called out and said that the coffees were ready or anything! Not to mention they did not even add the whip cream to them either. So I took my coffees (that are no longer mixed together because they were just sitting there for so long) and I left. I will not be going back to this location as its emoyees are very unprofessional and lazy; I am surpirsed that Beans and Brews are having them represent them as they are giving this wonderful company a bad reputation. I would not go here, unless you want very poor...

I’ve gone to this beans location twice now, both times I’ve had the same weird incident happen that now I can confirm is shady.

I get the same order everytime I go there and tip the same amount so I transfer my X amount to my Apple Card to pay. Both times I’ve been told it’s declined but then I get notified they are trying to charge my card more than they are disclosing and that’s why it is declining. They are either adding a tip or charging extra. I then tell the girl today and show her I have the funds on this certain account and how its super weird this has happened a second time and she turns red, says nothing and then tells me “my payment went through” and rushed and left the window and had some other guy bring me my coffee. I ordered a blended drink with expresso and they gave me a half filled drink. I told the person in the driveway as they gave it to me that it didn't look right and they said that's what it looks like and because I was in the drive through I was like fine ... but then I drank it and it tasted like water. Called the store to get a refund and was told by the manager that I had to bring it in with the drink && my receipt which is just like I tried to complain to the person in the driveway? Also I'm at work I can't just leave to address the issue you could fix through phone? They could've just been kind ... I didn't call to argue I called to let them know and she was so rude about the...
