TacoTime — Restaurant in Draper

Decided to use the old drive thru... Now, I am disabled mind you and have an issue walking. So, I order my usual 6 tacos special with 6 ranch cups as oddly enough their tacos taste GREAT with ranch!!! And their ranch is terrific!!! The reason they don't get 5 stars EVEN THOUGH... Dave was an awesome, Christ-like gentleman was due to the rude treatment from the kid in the drive thru. So, at this Tacotime if you use the drive thru apparently they charge you for ranch where as if you go in, theyre free! Being disabled I used the drive thru due to my pain level today. After was and waiting... i still had to go in because the little brat wanted to charge me almost a buck a piece for the ranch. I go in and speak to Dave, the manager... What a kind, wonderful guy! He offered to give me my food... I wasn't their for free food and insisted on paying... but instead of being charged $11.35 like the kid wanted to charge me, i paid the normal $9.70(after tax). I was happy. But a word of advice to Tacotime... dont charge for what can be had for free in the dining room! Especially since I am disabled. That is, or rather could be considered discriminatory... seriously... i can't walk well and its easy for me to drive thru. But if I am normal, I can come in and get ranch for free? ...at my expense, adding to my pain and discomfort. I want to personally thank Dave for being so kind to me! Been a few times, and this place has spotty service. Pulled up to the drive through and waited about half a minute without hearing anything so I finally said "Hello?" Then someone took my order. Then we waited about 15 minutes behind two other cars that weren't moving at all.

Finally, my wife went in and asked what was going on. One person was cooking, and the rest were just standing around. Apparently they had run out of meat and were cooking more.

Firstly, the time to cook more meat isn't when you've run out and someone's placed an order for it. Secondly, our order didn't have meat and we probably could have gotten through the line. Most other places you go will ask the car with the issue to pull forward so they can get the line moving again. Poorly managed restaurant. This isn't the first or even the second time we've had long wait times at this location. We ended up asking the person behind us to back up so we could leave.

LOCATION This place can be easily hidden amongst all the other little stores over there near Harmons.

PRICE The prices were somewhat reasonable (I cheated by printing off a coupon for a buy one get one free)

PRODUCT/SERVICE I purchased a sweet pork burrito in a meal as well as a free chicken quesadilla with my coupon. They were delicious. The tatter tots that came with the meal would make Napolean Dynamite jealous.
