Juice is good. AƧaĆ bowls have gone downhill. Donāt know if itās just an issue with this location or all locations, but the last four aƧaĆ bowls Iāve gotten from this place have all had chunks of ice in them that really takes away from the enjoyment of the bowl and makes me question if theyāve lessened the amount of aƧaĆ in their bowls. I never had this problem for the couple of years I would get bowls from the Provo location. There are definitely better aƧaĆ bowl places out there including bowl of heaven in Provo and protein foundry in cottonwood heights.
Edit The point of my review was to provide other potential consumers information around my experience. I havenāt had an overall negative experience with Ivies. Iāve spent hundreds of dollars on your products over the years. But with your reply, youāve definitely guaranteed that I will not be returning to your store nor recommending your juice to anyone. There was absolutely nothing malicious with what I said. Itās too bad you couldnāt take the constructive feedback to help remain competitive.

They apologized to me about not having certain juices ready and asked if I would mind substituting. I said that was ok and they pulled a few from the front fridge. I went home and began my cleanse and had 2 of the supplemented juices go bad on the 3rd day. I'm assuming the supplemented juices were not as fresh. This was frustrating but I hoped it was just a fluke. FASTFORWARD to x2 days ago. I called and ordered a 3 day cleanse and was told it would be ready for pick-up at 1pm yesterday. I drove 35min and arrived at 4pm. I let them know I was there to pick-up my order. The worker was kind and looked for it but ended up telling me they forgot to make it. They again asked if they could supplement and put something together. I kindly declined and asked for a refund. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe girls were not present enough to take my order. I ordered a cocoa delight with almond milk. They first made it with milk & then fixed the mistake. Then they brought out the wrong drink. When I asked "is this the cocoa delight." She said, "yes and then turned away." I had to call her back & tell her when I order it at the other location it's made with cocoa & it's dark purple from the blueberries. They then said "Well we dont have that menu item at this location." Even though it was on the paper menu upfront. Instead of offering to remake me a drink or give my money back they just kind of looked at me. So I asked for my money back & she re-explained they don't have the item. So I just asked again. Then they refunded my item. It wasn't an awful experience it was just a huge waste of time. I probably would have taken a different menu item, but I they seemed like I should just take the one they made and go.
