Arby's — Restaurant in Dublin

It is hilarious that it is owned by Southern Hospitality Beef, LLC, because there wasn't a single hospitable employee in the building. Do not eat here. We stopped for a "quick bite" on our way from Texas to South Carolina on the 5th of July. The place was filthy, outdated and service was terrible. We should have immediately walked out, but we had already parked and were really trying to make our stop quick. The employee working at the register did not say a single word to myself or any member of my family, she just looked at us as if we were a terrible inconvenience. There was one other family in the building and a few cars that went through the drive-thru. We didn't know what to do, so we just started giving her our order. As we waited for our food, seemingly forever, we watched as they filled orders of others that came through the drive-thru long after us. When our order (no special requests) was ready, she literally just set the bag on the counter with no eye contact or words. My wife graciously thanked her and we left. Surprise, surprise- the sandwiches were lukewarm and skimpy on the meat. I would also like to add that I didn't see anyone wearing gloves. I probably shouldn't worry about the lack of gloves, because it was obvious the bathrooms had not been cleaned in years. Maybe if you don't actually clean the bathrooms, you don't need to wear gloves?...

Let me just start by saying it take A LOT for me to even consider leaving a bad review about any place but I was absolutely disgusted by this Arby’s this past Sunday. A few of us were on our way out of town and stopped in for a quick bite. First impression, we went to the ladies restroom where there was no toilet paper or paper towels in sight and dead roaches on the bathroom floor. Then we go up front to order and the girl at the counter wouldn’t even look at us as we ordered and was beyond rude. Upon standing there we informed them that the ladies restroom was out of paper and the manager told us that he had already been informed but they were just too busy to get to it (this place was not busy at all - as a matter of fact, we watched them refill lids and napkins in the dinning area that were already full) All around, we were all highly...

The rudest experience ever. The doors were unlocked so I went in the girl behind the counter tells me that the dining area is closed. I explained to her I was not dining in anyway that I wanted my food to go.She said well you have to go through the drive thru why I asked I am standing right here and I want my food to go. This girl calls for the manager only to repeat what I had just heard.This lady was extremely rude YOU NEED TO GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH TO ORDER YOU FOOD TO GO.This was very rude and unprofessional why was the door unlocked and I was not dining in but they demanded me to go through the drive through. OH I DID GO TO AND THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH WITH NO STOPPING AT ALL. IF I COULD GIVE YOU A NEGATIVE 5 ON MY EXPERIENCE I WOULD. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS ONE...
