WOW 🤩 Yumee Katsu blew me away!! The chicken was insanely good – juicy, moist, and perfectly crispy 🍗🔥. But the real star for me? The spicy chewy noodles!! 🥵🍜 Served cold, chewy, and bursting with flavor – seriously addictive. We also tried the assorted katsu (so crunchy & delicious 😍) and the kimchi babe, which was an absolute flavor bomb 💣🌶️.
And can we talk about the people? The host and owner were beyond kind 💕 – you can feel how much love they put into this place. Plus, the restaurant is spotless and super welcoming ✨.

Overall Yumee made a very good impression and when we’ll be around again we’ll gladly eat...

You suppose to taste the fattiness drip out from the katsu. I ordered the curry katsu udon and the curry was more on the lighter side and it tasted like those curry block you can make it at home. For $22 for a curry katsu udon and $11 for 4 pcs of thin cheese katsu, I expected the katsu to be up the bar. Price is not a problem if I received what I came for. However, the menu has great varieties and the appearance...
