Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dublin

Stay away at all costs, do not waste your hard earned money here unless you like to deal with extremely rude staff and incorrect orders! We were not greeted by anyone, the girl that finally came to the register just stood there and stared at us, so I said “good morning” with a smile. Her response was a very rude “hi” with an eye roll!! I told her exactly what I wanted and she repeated it incorrectly to me twice…then went to get help! Large Nutty Pumpkin Iced coffee, which is featured on there sign at the register, with 1 pump of each flavor! The other rude girl came over and said, “so you want 2 items?” I had to proceed to explain my order to her, which she asked me if it was hot and medium after I said large and iced!! My husband ordered a medium hot latte with white mocha and raspberry. I saw that she entered it as iced, so I confirmed that his was hot! Well, they made his iced!!!! This is not rocket science people! Then, as I was leaving, the first rude girl said, “she woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning”….girl, it took all of me to just walk out that door without looking back and you are darn lucky that I am a bigger person! I don’t ever write reviews like this, but wow!! Worst experience customer...

I am more than frustrated with this location. I have gone three times within the last two weeks before 10pm, (which is their posted closing time) usually between 9pm and 9:30pm, and have been told they were closed. Tonight was no exception. I arrived at the drive through at 9:27pm and the cashier came across the speaker and told me they were closed. I said to the cashier “ I thought you close at 10,” to which she replied “ we are short staffed.” This being the third time this has happened I asked for the manager’s number and was told to come to the window. When I approached the window I saw three employees. I understand a lot of places are short staffed right now but if you can’t stay open you should post new hours on the door, the drive through, and update your hours online. The cashier was hesitant to give me her managers number and I asked for the number again. She was not polite when she finally gave me the number. I am very displeased with the way this location handles itself in the evening hours. During morning hours my drinks are always right and service is prompt and pleasant. Went through the drive through at 8:35AM and the person they hired is definitely not a morning person and I think that should be a key point for hiring someone to work at a coffee and donuts type of place. The lady on the intercom was extremely rude because I asked her to repeat something just once and she had an attitude and I’m nice and soft spoken and she was just rude and she also said she’s not able to make hot chocolate, like even if you had to wait on the machine you should be there early to start it like are you kidding me. I would definitely recommend Krispy Crème instead or some other small local coffee shop instead because you would be respected there and not talked to like as if you weren’t even a human. They should fire that female although I didn’t get her name because I didn’t even get what I ordered I just drove off after the car in front of me pulled up just a little so the establishment wouldn’t get my money.
