I waited to post this after numerous visits, during all operation hours. Hands down service and results aren't consistent. Breakfast and lunch, while going in, ordering, and eating there, have all been great/good experiences. Food is great, service is good and overall a great choice.
I write this review finally based on afternoon/dinner experiences, and moreso online ordering. We typically have orderd online for family meals to take home, after work, games, etc. Once again this location has failed miserably on quality of service and results for online ordering. Third time in a row, items are missing, no sauce, poor packaged sides, etc. Wrong items, and shorted amounts are consistant online. Everytime we have ordered online and picked up it has been terrible. I have spoke to managers each time afterwards and they all say to come back... life isnt just where you go back and take even more time up. Read moreIt was good while the Eastman employees were here training but it’s already fallen off. No toilet paper or napkins in the bathroom. No napkins in the dining room. Tea was sour in both of the dining pitchers. Six people in the back with no clue of what’s going on. One guy, that I assume was on break, was taking video and photos of the girls making chicken. Some other customer that ordered chicken brought it back up and the lady at the counter yelled back at everyone working that they had raw chicken being served? Gross. We got our food, my burger was correct but the tenders my company ordered were almost not edible, they were fried hard and tasted of nothing but salt. There was also one guy using several plastic utensils to clean out a fryer while the other fryers were being used? I wanted to ask what he was doing but it was so busy I didn’t want to bother the people up front. Read moreI use to be a regular customer but the experience gets poorer each time I come. There are 2 black ladies with red shirts that works really hard and have great customer service but the white lady with the red shirt is unprofessional and she never doing anything when I walk in there besides walking fast like she doing something but nothing is being done she is also yelling from the back of the store at employees. The store went from 50 staff members to like 10. There is always food missing from my orders. The kitchen is being overworked and understaffed that’s why the food is not fully cooked at times or is cold . The cashiers are rude as hell and customer service is poor, they do more talking than working. You can tell the employees haven’t been properly trained.
