Me and my family were in town for a visit to my hometown. Wendy's used to be 1 of my favorite restaurant and this wasn't a welcoming experience. I ordered a number 3 on December 31st 2023. When I pull up to get my order the very rude and highly unpleasant worker tries to hand me a drink with literally less than 10 ice cubes in it for my sprite. I tell her that it doesn't have much ice she shrugs and keeps trying to pass it to me, so my husband says just take it. She rolls her eyes and then I realize that I don't have to accept something that I paid for to be correct, so I passed it back to her and told her I refuse to pay for a sprite with little ice or possibly been sitting for a while. She snatched it from me and walked and slammed it into a sink or thrash area. It was so loud that I heard it from drive-thru and her coworkers asked her what was wrong. She walked back towards me with an extremely red face filled with hatred look upon her face and reluctantly fixed another drink and gave it to me and passed my food out almost in a tossing motion. This young lady has anger issues and should not be working in customer service. She startled my 1 year old and 6 years old grandchildren and if not for them, I would have stayed around and spoke with management about her. I will never visit this establishment again out of fear of encountering this individual again. I don't order food with a side of disrespectful behavior. Read moreRude employees. We decided to "Dine-In" since we are driving an extended distance, and wanted a few minutes out of the car. Well, while ordering, I mistakenly began ordering drinks. The woman taking our order, scoffed, and pointed to the drink machine. I apologized, somehow I'm still used to Wendy's not having drink machines. Anyway, after ordering, she hands us all small drinks. I asked if she got that we ordered 3 of the meals with large drinks. She says no, but hands me the receipt which showed large drinks and fries, then tried to argue with us. Got the right drink sizes and went to the coke machine. Out of every single soda other than diet coke and a red fanta. Asked the employee if they had other drinks in the drive through, she said she didn't know. Another employee said they did, and my wife and I got Dr pepper. I filled my children's cups with "sweet tea" in the lobby. It was darn near clear "tea". I took a sip, and it is straight sugar water. The lobby smells like stale urine. Ketchup dispensers in lobby were out, and when I asked for ketchup for my kids, I was again scoffed at by the employee and she pointed to the ketchup in the lobby. Read moreIf I could give service a complete zero, I would. Management leaves you to deal with cashiers that will cuss you out until a scene breaks out and THEN they show up. Nobody should wait an hour for 2 burgers 2 fries and a drink in drive through at 3 pm. After waiting over 45 minutes I walked inside and asked for a refund, they immediately tried handing me my food. I said no I want a refund after all this. The cashier told me to bring my drinks back inside since I was getting a refund!! (lol that’s so funny.) I said that’s actually ridiculous and I got met with a few f words before the cashier charges me AGAIN for my order. So cashier walks off and the manager comes to remedy the situation, which should have happened in the first place. Why am I dealing with a cashier cussing me out? I genuinely hope you find a job you like Stacey because that was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The other Wendy’s is no better. It’s really sad because we’ve lost so many restaurants and fast food places here already. Wendy’s has decent food but I will not come back because of the service. Literally the worst experience I’ve had at a food establishment. I would be embarrassed to be a manager or franchisee of either Dublin locations.
