The employees at this store are extremely rude! My husband went through the drive thru to order 2 salads and on one salad he asked for a specific amount of extra salad dressings (we knew we would have to pay for them which was no problem) the woman taking the order put the wrong amount of salad dressings but she did not give my husband the chance to let her know she put the wrong amount nor did she confirm with him that his order on the screen was correct before brashly telling him to pull forward. So when he pulled forward to the window he politely let her know she put the wrong amount of salad dresssings to which she rudely replied that she's the one that took his order so she knew how many he wanted, yet she still did not change the amount on the order. So needless to say when he pulled up to get the order he was given the wrong amount of dressings. So then he went into the store to get the rest of the dressings and he informed the manager that the woman at the drive thru was being rude to him, but the manager just replied saying "she's pregnant and it's hot what do you expect?" Umm, she works customer service at a restaraunt so I expect her to be polite to the customer! Just because it's hot outside and she's pregnant does NOT give her the right to be rude to a paying customers. Then he brought up how the past 4 times we've gotten food there that the orders were wrong and he had to go inside to get them fixed multiple times, to which this "lovely" manager replied with "we'll you can't expect us to get it right all the time" Wow, really? You're a restaraunt..I pay you for my food..so YES, I DO expect you to get my food order right that I PAY for. Who talks to their customers that way? Especially a manager! I can't believe the nerve and audacity of this MANAGER and the woman working the drive thru . This is not the first time we have encountered rude employees at this Wendys. It genuinely feels like no one there cares and they would rather get rude with you and make b/s excuses (like the weather being hot - hello its summer time in Georgia! Or the employee is pregnant - well, i didnt knock her up and tell her to work fast food) rather than own up to their mistakes and fixing them. If you want to go to a fast food restaraunt and get actual GOOD customer service, get the CORRECT food YOU PAID FOR or be treated with courtesy, kindess and respect then I would NOT recommend going to...
Read moreI got the #11 Spicy Pretzel Bun meal which was both delicious and seasoned to perfection, but that's not the reason I'm completing this review, I'm sending this review to reveal a certain Wendy's employee total, 100% ,above and beyond, professional service that she so effortlessly provided. Her name is Ty. She took her to time in assisting me with my order, very patient, welcoming and pleasant. She encouraged me that although my order my be delayed, she would get it to me as quickly as she possibly could. And,after waiting a short 5min Ty not only prepared my lunch tray but she also brought my meal to me with such grace,such virtue...it was as if she"glided" or even as if she"floated" on a cloud of air,honestly! Way to go Miss Ty!! You are definitely a credit to the Wendy's franchise! And as for Wendy's corporate; please,please, please give Miss Ty a"raise" a substantial salary increase would be a great way to express your appreciation for such an exemplary and stellar( as well as exceptional and excellent!) Read moreThis is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! Friday night I waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes! When I finally got up to the window they weren’t even working! They were all playing around and flirting. They never even acknowledged me until I was sitting there for about 5 minutes. Than I went back on Sunday and they had said they were closed at 10pm! They said something about the computers were down. But I saw a doordash get their food and 10 minutes later the doordash came back for another order. How if the computers were down? If people don’t want to work than why get the job? This Wendy’s needs a whole new night time staff! They don’t want to be there so they should be replaced, you’re losing a lot of money because of them. So many people drove off on Friday and they ran people off on Sunday. This store use to be great but it’s going downhill fast. Oh and on Friday when they were taking the persons order in front of me they were swearing and being very rude! How can you have people like that there? Where’s management? Probably out back smoking weed with the employees because you could see them and smell it...
