Update #2: (Had this on the wrong location so had to move it) DO NOT GO TO THIS DOMINOS. Apparently the nicety from the manager was just lip service. We have since had both late and incorrect order delivery, and despite tipping online the drivers act like we are supposed to be handing them a further gratuity and giving dirty looks when none is forthcoming. I have always made it a habit to tip generously, so much so that the Domino Pizza that we used to live near had drivers arguing with each other about whom got to bring our pizza, because they knew a large tip would be included.
This Dominos seems to have little care for the customer, with deliveries taking over an hour before being put in the oven??? Even on a busy night this is not something I would expect, not without at least a curtesy call saying that they are experiencing heavy orders and therefore wait times are longer then usual.
The old Dominos we lived near was never more then 30 minutes, and only once did they make a mistake on an order. This one has had several late or wrong orders since we started calling them. We have decided due to the poor customer service to switch to a different Pizza chain.
Update #1: Below is my original review/complain, but I am editing to report the follow up. I contacted the manager to let them know what had happened. They apologized, explained it is a new system and the orders through the main option go to a call center. She resolved the issue in a more then satisfactory manner and I am happy to say I will continue ordering from this location in the future. I do hope that corporate takes note of the original complain though to change things so others do not have the same issue. I will also note that part of the problem might be my phone, as it is apparently cutting in and out (a problem I was not aware of until I called to speak with the manager.)
Tonight I was very disappointed. We order pizza from Dominos almost every Sunday, and in the past it has been awesome service.
Last Sunday (10/23/22) there was a slight hiccup in that they sent us a medium instead of the large that we had ordered. I called up, and believe I spoke to the manager whom apologized and gave us an in store credit. Felt this was satisfactory.
So today (10/30/22) and I call to use our store credit for the exact same pizza. Only I unable to place my order. The person that answered the phone was both difficult to understand due to a heavy accent, as well as them having difficulty getting what I was saying correct. After 3 repeats a piece for two different things related to our address I hung up, figuring I would call back and hopefully get a different person. Nope. Same person, same difficulty understanding. I speak clearly, and have a loud voice. Even after spelling out the location the person still had difficulty getting the address right.
Putting someone on the phone with both a heavy accent, and difficulty understanding the customer is a bad idea. Communication for phone orders needs to be clear to avoid issues. Read moreSadly I feel it necessary change our opinion of this Domino's. We have been ordering from this Domino's every week for over a year. For the last 2 weeks we have been unable to place an online order with them. We have tried on multiple devices and in different browsers. Last week my husband went into the store only to find we couldn't use our regular coupon because it was an online only coupon. We paid the higher price figuring the problem with online ordering would be fixed. We went to place our order this week only to find that we could not place an online order again. This time we called to see if we could get the coupon price that we have been using every week. Once again we were told they could not apply the coupon because it was online only. We tried multiple avenues and were unable to create an online order with this Domino's. We will now be taking our business to the other Domino's in town since their online ordering system is working and we were able to place our regular order with the 3-topping large $7.99 coupon. After we have used our gift cards we will second-guess whether or not we will continue doing our weekly pizza at Domino's at all. We were very discouraged with how we were treated on the phone especially when we have been such loyal customers for over a year.

Read moreOrdered online via the Dominos app. I always order a 5 topping pizza when I do get pizza from Dominos. For the second time in a row they forgot the Italian sausage. The staff is ok for the most part although I've gotten some rude staff members when using the pickup order window. I just don't understand how its possible that I would be missing toppings on a simple order multiple times using their own app.
Protip: If you order from this particular location open the box to make sure the pizza your paid for is the pizza you ordered before you drive off.
edit: I got an email a few days ago from the owner apologizing for the errors. Email kinda bummed me out. Screw ups happen so no big deal . Maybe the app is wonky who knows. I did have enough points to redeem a free pizza so I got the Pan pizza with 2 toppings and it was probably the best pizza I've ever had from Dominos so hopefully they can ensure that toppings paid via the online app are applied on the pizza itself in the future.
